Too firm
Bought this mattress thinking would be comfortable. Turns out it's too firm which is disappointing for a mattress this price and eventually will have to buy another one as it's really messing my back Unfortunately we can not return them after taking the plastic off which I understand that it's for reasons but we cant really test them with the plastic. Noting to say about the deliver tho. All went fine and it was delivered on time

These mattresses are stored in a sealed plastic bag so there will always be a slight odour on opening but this will go when the mattress is opened and aired for an hour or so.

The delivery drivers will endeavour to take the mattress to the room of your choice, including upstairs. Just make sure the way is clear of obstructions.
Just add Recycling of Used Mattress (391/6160) to your order of this mattress, and your old mattress will be taken away when your new one is delivered.

Hi. Thanks for your query. You can use this mattress on a non-sprung slatted bedstead but to get the best out of your mattress we would recommend putting a thin piece of wood or board between the slats and the mattress. I hope this helps.
