This was supposed to be 21GB Data and unlimited Calls and text for £10 per month. Argos substituted a different product, which was only 7GB Data and when challenged at the collection point insisted this was the only product available.

Confusing and slow to get what you paid for
I bought this sim for my Son, so he could get Internet, whilst staying away in the UK. The card said it was 21gb on the screen, so I purchased it. When I received it, it said lower. I checked with the cashier and she said it was 21mb. We placed it in the phone, but couldn't set it up without WiFi, so we found free WiFi. Getting it set up took a while. We finally got it set up and activated but it showed the lower Mbs. It took a day or two to get the 21mbs. At that point we didn't need the sim anymore. So I can't say I was best impressed.

I purchased this as a 'Pay As You Go' SIM, expecting it to include 21GB of data. However, I’ve since realised that the data is only available when I top up the SIM, selecting a plan. I don’t quite understand why they advertise these with different data amounts.

The phone I bought was supposed to come with a free 21 GB SIM card but i was given a 7 GB . The staff at Argos said the offer had changed. I feel I was cheated . Poor show Argos.
