I brought this as a replacement for my old one that had stopped working. My old one i had had for years, that is why I brought the same one.

I bought this a month ago and I am happy to say that this is a good product.

Poor quality. Built down to a price.
Poor quality. Feels flimsy and plasticky, and the cutting head is very narrow. Worked for a few trims before it started slowing down, and now regularly seizes up completely and has become unusable after only a couple of months of occasional use. Difficult to swap the guards without the entire cutting blade module coming off, which is then fiddly to reattach. There is also no indicator to show if it's charging or fully charged, so you just have to plug it in and hope it's charging. How much would an LED have added to the manufacturing cost? And it's yet another device that uses its own proprietary charger and a non-replaceable built-in battery. Bring back the AA Alkaline battery, all is forgiven.

bought this to replace my 10 year + one that failed completely whilst using it. (another Brand) can't believe how good this one is, nice accesories chats in no time and lasts for ages. Was cheap to. should have repalced my old one years ago, didnt realise what i was missing, and good price too.
