I bought this a few weeks ago and I am very happy to give it five stars. The handle is a good shape and it is light enough for an elderly person. It dries my hair quickly and smoothly and I am not left with an aching arm which has happened with previous hairdryers.

Great, fast hairdryer. Had the hairdryer for 6 months now and it's working perfectly fine. However, the plug is a bit minimalistic and too smooth to easily get out of the socket. It could do with a more defined shape and or ridges.
