Bought this for my daughter's, she also love it! Quality is ok, but the corners are very sharp! Assuming is easy, takes time, just need to follow the instructions. Definitely this is good buy, if you need dressing table.

Yes, it would need to be fully assembled as per the product's instructions. The supplier adds this: "we would always recommend fully assembling any item as if any faults occur this could void your warranty."
