It's multifunctional, so you'll have a wide range of options to help you perfect every recipe. Hotair Steam - Thanks to the Hotair Steam, heat and humidity are distributed equally in the oven. This makes food crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Simply fill the desired amount of water in the removable and dishwasher-safe bowl (which is integrated in the oven bottom) and set the Hotair Steam function.
Cook different dishes at the same time - The 3D HotAir function distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven, making it possible to cook sweet and savoury dishes at the same time without mixing flavours.
Constant cleaning - EcoClean Direct makes oven cleaning easier. A special coating on the back of the oven wall breaks down grease spatters while you bake or roast, saving you time and energy.
Cleaning made easier - The environmentally friendly Cleaning Assistance softens baked-on residue so you can just wipe it down. Add 400ml of water with a drop of washing-up liquid in the bottom of the oven cavity and select the cleaning programme. The steam helps lift away residual food so that the oven can be wiped clean.

A regrettable choice of equipment.
Blasts cold air when switched on. Writing on controls (especially timer) virtually unreadable. Will consider changing when Pension allows.

Good functions, and grear value for the price
Replaced a 20 year old oven with this. Many small but nice improvements in modern ovens but with this model in particular It distributes heat evenly, the rapid heat option is really handy, and the stream mode is also great for crisping. Things I don't like: the temperature knob doesn't have groves / make clicks when you turn it (except for "off") so you have to manually eyeball the temperature, my oven is near the floor which makes this slightly uncomfortable. I wish there was a second light on the rear. Other than that, for such a decent price it feels like it was a great purchase. Only had it a couple months but hopefully it will be another 20 years before I need a new oven

Upgraded to this oven from entry level Bosch oven. This oven is in a different class with more functions and nicer appearance with knobs that sit flush when not in use. Great value & excellent delivery service.

Just what we wanted
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our double oven, when it broke, with this single oven and it has totally lived up to expectation so far. It is well made solid and well insulated. So far I have baked from cold (no preheat) and even my bread, with the steam feature, was as described, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. All in all, an excellent oven that I will be using for years. Thanks.

Replacement for 3 year old Bosch oven
I was a bit reluctant to buy Bosch again after my previous oven lasted less than 3 years, but this is a definite improvement. Heats quickly and has more functions. Good buy and prompt, friendly installation.
