It's multifunctional, so you'll have a wide range of options to help you perfect every recipe. Hotair Steam - Thanks to the Hotair Steam, heat and humidity are distributed equally in the oven. This makes food crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Simply fill the desired amount of water in the removable and dishwasher-safe bowl (which is integrated in the oven bottom) and set the Hotair Steam function.
Cook different dishes at the same time - The 3D HotAir function distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven, making it possible to cook sweet and savoury dishes at the same time without mixing flavours.
Constant cleaning - EcoClean Direct makes oven cleaning easier. A special coating on the back of the oven wall breaks down grease spatters while you bake or roast, saving you time and energy.
Cleaning made easier - The environmentally friendly Cleaning Assistance softens baked-on residue so you can just wipe it down. Add 400ml of water with a drop of washing-up liquid in the bottom of the oven cavity and select the cleaning programme. The steam helps lift away residual food so that the oven can be wiped clean.

Great oven
First time we have had an electric oven, all have previously been gas and have been cooking for more than 40 years! This is a revelation, so quick, easy and controllable as well. If you want a precise oven, less than 3kw supply which gives a great range of functions and is super value for money, I think this is it.

Time for a change
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having my previous Bosch oven 19 years and used daily it decided to down tools. I tried to get the same oven which had a Stainless steel surround but unfortunately they don't do one now so this was the nearest to it. I find there are too many options for cooking and had to resort to looking in the book to see which programme I wanted but have since decided just to use the one I had on old oven and everything has been perfect. Love the speedy pre-heat which saves time

Love My Oven
Our new oven is great, so much better than the old one. Heats up quickly & has a more even heat plus the water bowl makes better cakes. Air grill is a plus... Love It..

Noisy and no digital display of temperature
Really disappointed with this oven and wish we hadn’t bought it. The fan is very, very noisy. There is no digital display when setting the temp, so you have to bend down and check you’ve got the right setting. Really very poor for the money and the first Bosch we’ve had that feels cheap and substandard. My advice would be to not buy this oven.

Great oven
As expected, my new Bosch oven works very well. I am impressed by the various heating options, not least the steam function. Another great feature for me is the fast heating-up option that brings the temperature quickly up to speed (i.e. the required temperature) before placing the food in the oven. The oven looks stunning and suits my white kitchen cabinets. I am very happy with it.
