About this product
The Argos Home Athina Base Unit keeps your kitchen storage sorted and gives you a good amount of cupboard space for pots, pans and everyday essentials. It's a 1000mm wide unit that fits into most kitchen layouts, with a scratch-resistant surface that stands up to daily kitchen life. There's an adjustable shelf inside that moves to different heights depending on what you need to store. A 22mm pre-cut worktop comes with it, ready to fit. The white finish works with most kitchen styles, while the stainless steel handles add a practical touch that's easy to grip when your hands are busy.
The unit can be fitted as either left or right handed, so it adapts to your kitchen layout without fuss. It arrives flat-packed with all fixtures and fittings included, and you'll need two people for assembly. The white finish wipes clean after cooking and keeps the space looking fresh. "The ends are not drilled for the worktop bracket, but it is detailed in our assembly instruction." (The assembly instructions show how and where to locate these in relation to the top of the unit).
