The Bosch SMS26AW08G offers practical dishwashing for medium households with space for 12 place settings and 6 programmes for everything from lightly soiled glasses to heavily soiled pots. The height-adjustable top basket adds flexibility for tall items, while the Extra Dry function extends drying time and raises temperature to ensure tricky plastic containers dry perfectly. Automatic programmes detect soil levels and adjust water temperature and rinse time, using only what's needed for spotless results.
With A-rated cleaning and drying, this dishwasher delivers excellent results using 9.5L per eco cycle. The EcoSilence drive has a brushless, energy-saving motor that reduces friction noise for smooth, quiet operation at 46dB. Bosch is excellent
Bought Bosch for a reason, as they are consistently good machines in everything that they make. Bought for my daughter as a birthday/house warming present. Very quiet and does the job, so she is very pleased.

The repair man who came round condemned it as not viable for repair and recommended Bosch. I was thrilled when I saw we could buy one with a 5 year warranty. We had a slimline bosch before and had no complaints so looking forward to many years of use from this one :)

For me my dishwasher is very important from my first use many years ago Ive loved it, my previous Bosch was an old friend & I hated to have to part with it, but it had to go, I am so happy with this latest Bosch if anything its better than the last, its quiet everything sparkles its just great so allthough I hated to part with old favourite this is a great replacement

Wow- it’s superb!
Really happy with this dishwasher so far. It fits loads in, everything comes out lovely and clean and it’s much quieter than my old one. It’s also really easy to use, which is a bonus because I don’t want to stand in the kitchen having a full-blown argument with an appliance just to get the dishes washed 😂 Load it, press a couple of buttons and off it goes. No drama, no nonsense, just clean dishes. At the moment it’s one of the more useful members of the household 😂

Whether, in your case, the installer would be prepared to disconnect, would be at their discretion.
