Comfortable, quick, nice for fair price

Without doubt the best keyboard and mouse owned
When it comes to mice and keyboards, over the years I’ve tried many. From wired to wireless, Bluetooth to dongles, chiclet style to more classic clacky keys, I am very picky when it comes to a good responsive keyboard action and a quiet ergonomic mouse. That said my previous experience with Logitech keyboards has always been positive and this premium MK950 keyboard and mouse package is no exception. The keyboard itself is impressively weighty, so stays solidly placed on my desk. There are some flip-up feet at the back which angles the keyboard just right for typing. Key spacing is excellent and the chiclet action is tactile, not too noisy and suits my typing style perfectly. There’s just enough bounce and travel to ensure I’m not missing characters or making too many mistakes when typing fast. The extra numeric keypad, shortcut buttons and cursor keys are definitely welcome, but where this keyboard really shines is in its connectivity. The MK950 is able to pair up to 3 devices, so this is perfect for switching between my Mac computer and PC laptop. What’s more Logitech have ensured to cover all modifier keys and there’s even a shortcut function that switches the keyboard layout between Windows, Apple and Google Chrome. Best of all with Bluetooth there’s no endless tapping away to get a connection when you switch or if the keyboard goes to sleep, within a click it’s up and running straightaway. It comes with a USB dongle should you wish to connect this way instead, but I’m finding the Bluetooth perfect across all devices. The keyboard isn’t rechargeable but the expected battery life is phenomenal from just 2 AAA batteries (up to 2 years I believe). You also get some copper tops in the box which is nice to see. The mouse is another example of a quality product from Logitech. It feels nicely weighted and solid in the hand, yet comfortable and grippy. Again underneath the mouse there’s a button that quickly switches between up to 3 devices, so I can now just have a single mouse and keyboard on my desk for both Mac and PC. The mouse has a silent but tactile soft action on the buttons, the scroll wheel is nicely grippy so your fingertip doesn’t slide on it, and there are even side buttons and a resolution button. Again runs from a AAA battery supplied in the box. In summary whilst clearly this is a premium priced product, it is undoubtedly the best keyboard and mouse I have ever used. The Logitech software which can be downloaded online also enhances the overall experience allowing customisation of the keyboard and mouse buttons. Highly recommended.

No issues with connectivity, connects perfect everytime and doesn't drop out like some other brands. Has a bit of weight to it but still looks sleek and stylish and the buttons are comfortable to use as is the mouse. No charging required just 3AAA batteries and your good to go, highly recommend

Very practical
