Couldn't be without it.
Since I bought this Mini Exercise Bike, I've used it every day, and so has my daughter. It doesn't slip away from you on the carpet. There is the option to make the resistance harder, which I've now found I need. The handle makes it easy to move around. The machine is very smooth when using.

Needed to do something to increase my activity level, as have been experiencing aches in my knees. Saw this and decided to take a risk and buy one, I am really pleased that I did, I have been using it for 30 minutes most mornings on a gentle resistance, and it's great. I use it in the living room, so the TV is on or I have music on whilst I "cycle"! Fitting the pedals on, is easy, the monitor goes in easy.

Hi, I looked at the manual and there IS a belt that provides the resistance. It drags on a drum or disk attached directly to the pedals, with no gearing. As the whole thing weighs 3.6kg, there can not be much weight in the drum so it is not a flywheel either.

With the Mini Bike 100, you can work your muscles and your cardiovascular system at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
Go even further by adding difficulty...
Simply accelerate to increase the intensity of your workout. Reduce your speed to reduce the intensity.
Use the counter and the 5 trackers!
You can monitor your progress and your performance by checking the various indicators on the console: the time since you began, pedaling cadence, the number of pedal turns, calories burnt since the beginning of the session, and the distance covered. You can then analyze these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
