Customers Say
Good quality cross trainer with smooth, quiet operation and effective resistance. Assembly can be challenging and some units have stability or squeaking issues. Overall, good value for the price and suitable for home use.

Good price- works well
Good cross trainer for the price Took two people to assemble and is fairly heavy to move about but we assembled it in the room so not too bad. Instructions are fairly straightforward. So far it’s working well with a range of tensions, I don’t really use the programming stuff as I have a timer on my watch. It’s quiet and smooth. Overall I’m pleased with the way it works for me.

Great Product.
Great item and very easy to put together, easy to use and is very smooth, resistance & stride is excellent do not have to plug in only 2 AA batteries needed. I purchased with discount code which was great. Very very happy with this product and give it 10 / 10.

You get what you pay for
Product is fine and does what it is meant to do. cannot fault for this and have continued to use it since receiving. There are two down sides which for me means it looses two stars in this review, they are; The arms extend further out from the centre line than the feet, this means if you use your arms to power the cycle more than your legs, the whole machine becomes unstable and will lift off the floor on the opposite side to which youre pushing/pulling. There machine will creak and squeak a little in use (once again particularly if you make heavy use of the handles/arms) Ive combatted this by re tightening the carious bolts and joins on the machine, however there is a point where you feel like you may strip the bolts / nuts. Overall I'm happy with this as it was a cheaper option and expected some drawbacks. If you want a 'perfect' machine you may want to look elsewhere.

Missing parts etc but came good in the end.
We brought this item nearly 3 weeks again. It wasn't easy to put together because parts where missing. We had to go back to the branch twice for them to re-order again for the parts that were missing, but was found in the second re-order. Not only that, the tension cable was inserted incorrectly and the pedals where on the wrong side, which we found out when my husband removed the covers. It was good that my husband had a bike in his younger days and found and fixed these issues. Now that we have a working training, we are very pleased with it, but we shouldn't have had to chase for the missing parts or fix the cable and switch the pedals.

It's hard going
There was a lot to assemble, and instructions not quite so clear at times. I agree with a previous reviewer that the tension hook was difficult to connect and now all the tensions to me seem quite stiff. I would normally do 20 mins plus easily on a cross trainer at the gym but with this one on any setting I can barely do a couple of minutes without feeling exhausted and my heart pounding, it feels a hard push and it does sound creaky so unfortunately I don't enjoy using it, I can only do short interval bursts of it then have to do other exercise alongside instead. its too much faff now to un-assemble it and to try to send it back. plus I've tried to oil parts to ease the creaky noises. Also foot plates wouldn't be very good for say a larger big footed person as I'm a size 7 and they just about fit in width etc. I'm disappointed I can't use it for a longer session as I wanted. Its just so stiff.
