It's big enough to comfortably put yoga mat inside, but when I don't use it, it folds into a small pouch. It wven have a small pocket.

It's a bag and perfectly adequate. I would have preferred one that had a zip opening on the roll itself as the drawstring leaves a small space for rain to get in. That is just a niggle though.
