It is what it says on the tin, a resistance band. Level of resistance that I wanted. I use it every morning - well almost! - to do the exercises recommended by my osteopath. Why only 4 stars? I rarely give 5 unless things work out much, much better than expected. 4 stars for as expected, 5 for above and beyond.

Brought this as my other bands and weights are much lighter, smaller and in a circle. Used this for a Joe & Rosie Wicks strength exercise instead of dumbbells! What a safe and great piece of kit ! Will also use it with Pilates exercises to give additional stretch. A great additional item for my exercise kit !
