Does the job
For a light resistance band, this seems pretty strong and resistant. The colour is good and the band seems very strong and nice thick material. It does have a very strong rubbery smell.

Resistance Band & Physiotherapy Exercises
I bought this Decathlon band at Argos via click and collect at a very reasonable price. The use of a resistance band was recommended by an NHS physiotherapist. I have been having lower back pain. I use the band daily in several exercises to help build muscle strength and flexibility and it does make a difference. Will the use at the gym.

Good band for rehab
Bought so I can do the rehab exercises my physio has prescribed. Very nice quality. Matt finish, not the shiny plasticky feel that lots of these bands have. It does smell a bit so have to wash hands after use but it washes off easily. Very light resistance which is perfect for my needs. Price point was good and picked up next day after seeing physio.

Cheap and effective
Bought this to replace a thinner one from the physio that had snapped after a couple of years. It is more effective as it gives more resistance. It's length is good as I am 5' 11". I am pleased I didn't spend more as this does the job.
