Beware of description!
The title and description of the materials are misleading. I bought this for my shed thinking it was as described made of steel. Only the frame is steel. The shelves are black coated heavy chipboard or similar. It looks ok, is sturdy and does the job. If that's what you want. I've lined the shelves with hessian so my plant pots don't scratch it. Assembly instructions are clear.
