About this product
This 28cm wok from Salter Megastone features an innovative coating which is 15x longer lasting than standard non-stick. This lightweight pan has a thermo collar with heat indicator technology, when the pan has reached the optimum cooking temperature the collar will turn red so you can cook to perfection. Ideal for curry and stir-frying, this forged aluminium cooking pan is PFOA-free and safe to use with metal utensils. After cooking, simply hand wash the pan for easy cleaning.

Plenty big enough for 2 people, base covers our double gas ring, it's lightweight, heats up quickly and so far seems very durable. Would definitely consider Salter Megastone for future pans.

At half price these are a steal!
Picked this up last week with some suspicion, have made a stir-fry, a curry and other stuff and I was so impressed with it I've swapped out *all* my pans for this type from Argos. I would even have paid full price for the lot! The red/pink indicator on the handle is a surprisingly useful, yet simple,touch. And finally, no 'non stick' coating falling off!
