Not enough Oxygen to tell you!
I purchased this sim to allow me to get online quickly, 3 days later still not activated. I have spoken to call centres for in excess of 3 hours and still not got connected. I even failed their financial check which my Bank said was impossible. Stay away this sim as the O2 staff are totally not up to the task.

Faulty Sim.
The sim card didn't work. I tried to set up the sim, as per the instructions, but after several attempts at trying to top it up O2 would not accept the payment. After the 7th time I had to drive to my local O2 shop to see if they could assist - believing it was an O2 issue, not Argos. They were aware of the issue as this was not the first time they had experienced it form Argos sold sim cards. If you want a sim card from O2, go directly to the shop, I purchased a £10 top up - which came with a sim that worked straight away. Luckily, because I got £1 off my purchase, this sim went in the bin.

Scandulous
you buy for a pound have to spend £20 to get 8GB, O2 needs to hang their head in shame and Argos shouldn't be proud to sell this misleading products

They are ok
Don’t buy on Amazon as phone number gets covered by piece of paper and when you rip it of you can’t see the number. Only issue I have is you can’t buy a top up card it’s all done online.

Didn't work.
There's no way to activate the card unless you already have an ACTIVE O2 card already. Bought this while on holiday. When I found the O2 store itself I had to purchase an entirely new one anyway.

Hello John,
The supplier has advised for the O2 24GB Pay As You Go SIM Card:
Yes — you can transfer your old O2 mobile number to your new O2 SIM. All you need is a PAC code, and O2 will move your number over, usually within one working day.
How it works
O2 lets you keep your old number whether you’re joining O2 or switching between O2 plans.
To transfer your number, you need a PAC code from your old network. The fastest way is to text PAC to 65075 — you’ll get the code within 60 seconds.
Once you have your PAC, submit it in My O2 under Switch to O2 → Move my number.
If you give O2 your PAC before 6pm, the number usually switches the next working day. After 6pm, it takes two working days.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Lala,
The supplier has advised for the O2 24GB Pay As You Go SIM Card: If you buy an O2 Pay As You Go SIM, a phone number will be assigned to it, but the SIM does not become fully active straight away. O2 requires the SIM to be topped up before activation is completed.
Until the SIM has been topped up and activated, you may not be able to receive calls or texts, and services that verify your O2 number—such as O2 Priority—may not recognise the SIM as an active O2 account.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Rach.
Once you purchase the O2 £10 Big Bundle (8GB) and activate the SIM you get:
Unlimited UK minutes
Unlimited UK texts
8GB of data, with unused data rolling over if you renew on time
Free EU roaming (up to 25GB) and free O2 WiFi
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the O2 8GB Pay As You Go SIM Card: Yes — the SIM is sold for £1, but that £1 is just the cost of the SIM card itself.
The £10 bundle shown on the packaging isn’t included automatically.
To get the £10 data bundle, you’ll need to buy a top‑up separately and apply it to the SIM once it’s activated.
There are lots of ways to top up, you can choose whichever method suits you best.
Thank you for using Q&A.
