Great coffee machine. Very easy to use, and to my surprise it does not take too much space. Now it feels like I have coffee shop at my own home, coffee tastes lovely, cant wait for summer to try cold brew

Really nice machine instructions could be written and not just picture form. Easy to put beans and water in lights up well.steamer is quick easy to keep clean, the only thing I would like is the on off button not be at the back and the jug had measurements on it oh and a small bag of coffee beans so you can use it straight away.

Perfect coffee every time

This machine is going to save me an absolute fortune I love coffee and now no longer need a coffee shop! The machine looks great and the quality is outstanding. I did find the instructions a little confusing to follow however I watched a video and it’s actually really simple to use. I love the fact it comes with a water hardness tester so you can set it on a specific setting for th water type in your area. It’s easy to clean and the handy little storage section on top is great for storing some of the parts that come with it. It makes fabulous coffee and allows you to make many different options including cold brew. I can’t praise this enough it’s fabulous

If you like your coffee you will love this machine

I have tested this machine a few times in the last couple of days and have been pleasantly surprised how easy it is to actually use. Once you figure out which grind level you prefer its very simple to make a lovely tasty smooth coffee. The instructions that come with this coffee machine are very easy to use, as a first time user of a bean to cup machine i managed to make a lovely coffee on my first use. The milk steamer get the milk to a lovely hot temperature, and once you have figured out how to position the jug to froth the milk best you can nakw your own latte or cappuccino at home. The only criticisms i have of the machine are that it doesnt come the espresso cups even though they are on the box, but using your own mug works well. The other criticism is that the steamer nozzle doesnt move very much so removing the milk jug can be tricky if its quite full. The water tank and the drip tray are very large so it wont need refilling/emptying very often. The grinding and tamping is very simple and totally mess free which is great. And there is also an option for single or double espresso shots so you can truly personalise every cup to the drinkers preference. There is also a cold brew option which i have yet to try, but i am very much looking forward to trying it. All around a fantastic machine and i look forward to trying other coffees.

The most perfect espresso from bean to cup at home

This is an excellent bean to cup espresso machine. I am a trained coffee barista and love how easy this machine is to use to get the perfect coffee, it is straightforward and doesn't overcomplicate with too many buttons/dials. There are 8 grind settings, I have dialled in at 3 which gives a beautiful smooth espresso with an even crema layer on top. The grinder is also very quiet, perfect for late night coffees when the kids are asleep. There are 3 temperature settings and the active temperature control ensures the temperature remains stable for extraction - no under brewed or burnt beans! The machine itself has a compact footprint, which is unusual for a machine that includes a grinder, so it is perfect when you don't want a cluttered countertop. Its design is sleek and it looks very high end. The removeable drop tray allows for easy cleaning. The 1.7L water tank is located at the back of the machine so it doesn't affect the look. It can be removed to fill but the lid on the tank also lifts to make filling it easier if the machine is in an awkward spot. The steam wand is powerful and has a good range of motion. I was able to make some gorgeous latte art! The machine comes with a coffee tamper and 300ml milk jug. The only negative is the cold brew setting. The brew wasn't cold but rather room temp and it tasted bitter and watery. I personally think cold brew coffee cannot be rushed and takes time so I doubt any machine would be able to produce it well. Really, I would give 4.5 stars out of five because of this.

Highly recommend

A great coffee machine that delivers really lovely coffee. The cold brew feature is a particular stand out for me personally and the steam wand creates lovely creamy milk. Really stylish looking machine and also nice and compact so doesn’t take up loads of space. Took some getting used to but now it’s a breeze

Nothing beats fresh coffee

Style: The coffee machine looks very stylish and would fit into any kitchen theme/design. Very robust (and on the heavy side), but looks very ‘posh’ on the kitchen side. Instructions: I did not find the easy step instructions very useful, the pictures aren’t completely helpful and actual worded instruction on how to set up and use would have been more useful. Coffee making: When you’ve set up and actually understood what each button is for the process is straight forward enough, I found that making a perfect coffee took some practice (trial and error). When mastered (and with good coffee beans; not included) the machine creates a lovely coffee. The milk frother is amazing, however a temperature gauge is needed to ensure the milk is hot enough (again not included). Contemporary, stylish and delicious

Amazing coffee machine

This is our first time having a proper coffee machine like this. The instructions are simple to follow , it’s an easy process(couple of minutes) and at the end of it you get a lovely cup of coffee. The machine is a really nice sturdy design, minimum noise too. The parts are easy to wash and dishwasher safe which is a bonus. Looking forward to trying out the milk frother to make a hot chocolate. It has 8 coffee bean grind settings which is good, we haven’t tried them all yet though. Love it! Now to find the perfect coffee beans to use!

Exquisite home coffee experience

The DeLonghi La Specialista Arte Evo is something else. Modern, decadent and so easy to use. A real stand out feature in any kitchen surface and the design is so flawless. I have fallen in love with it. I feel it rivals high street brands and I am now in control of my coffee experience and I feel that I will be more confident to try new flavours and experiment further when entertaining or personal usual. So many useful elements and tools to help enhance the use and flavours. Really easy to clean and is a stand out feature on my side and I gain many compliments about how amazing it looks and how my coffee tastes. A 5 star product without a doubt..

Great Coffee Machine

I've had this coffee machine about three weeks and I love it. It took a minute to set up & I did contact the very helpful Delonghi customer service for a full written copy of instructions, as you only get a picture one in the box. Once set to your taste it is fabulous. The machine itself looks great on the counter too!
