Grey and chrome are the order of the day with this smooth ceiling fan. With a retro vibe, straight out of an American diner, it adds a touch of class to any space. It has a 4 arm design in matte grey, a high shine chrome body, and a crisp white opaque shade for the domed central light. With a 2 chain feature to control speed and light, finished off with wooden pulls, it is powered by the main light switch in your room.

Replaced an existing fan with this one as the old was making a noise. This one is a little smarter in looks and is quite quiet too. For those interested, this does have a separate live cable for the fan and the light (they do share the same neutral)

Having checked I can see as long as this is switched on at the wall you are able to turn off the light and have the fan running using the pull cords on the fitting.

Yes. We use it at night. 2 pull switches. 1 controls light on off, other is 3 speeds if fan.

The shade for the Argos Home Ceiling Fan - Chrome & Grey, is white. The yellow colour is the bulb it will be a warm white bulb that is in the picture. If you do not want that colour you just need to select a different colour bulb as long as it is the correct bulb for the light.
