Not as described
Bought this as it said it was a slide saw, got it to the car and then seen on the box it was not, took it back straight away and got a refund, very disappointed

Great features, loving the colour, looks great.
I bought this about a month ago now and I'm loving it, when I brought it out of the box I thought they'd put the wrong one in a t first as It looks like a dewalt and I really like the quality of the chop saw, very 😊

Grown up tools!
What can I say?! It’s a proper grown up big girl tool, which I thought would come in handy as we have been building new beds from scratch for our children’s room as it’s a funny shape and standard beds just don’t fit so we had to get creative! This has been so so helpful! Instructions are well laid out and it was easy to assemble, with everything we needed to get started. We clamped this to our work bench and that seemed to work just fine. It made such a difference from cutting everything by hand, which we tried first and we got no where fast. It’s fairly loud mind so ear protection is definitely something I’d use alongside and it’s well worth the money. We still have a few rooms left to go and this is going to be invaluable moving forward. I wish I’d had one years ago! I was expecting it to be much heavier than it was, which my damaged shoulder was fairly happy about, I’d like to of seen something for this to live in, such as a firm storage box but that’s the only thing I could really find as a negative.

good kit but terrible instructions
good heavy piece of kit. good quality once built. but the instructions are pretty useless. I'm a beginner so in the end I had to Google how to set it up safely and use it. once up and running it's nice and smooth to use. but as a beginner it was a bit scary at first, but pretty quickly got comfortable with it. definitely use all the supports and I'd advise to fix it to a bench if you can. I used it on the floor and it was pretty Shakey despite the supports. the power lead is not very long so you will need a decent length extension lead if your using outside. it's very heavy as well, took 2 of us to lift the box so consider you may need help to carry it and set it up. overall I'd recommend this saw to everyone as long as they have access to the internet to compensate for the terrible instructions.

SM1650 -1650W 254mm Compound Mitre Saw
This powerful saw boasts a robust motor for effortless cutting. The precision blade ensures smooth and accurate cuts every time. It does come with LED SHADOW CUT LINE, for 100% accurate cut and better illumination and no calibrating is required! Its compact design allows for easy maneuverability. This versatile tool is perfect for a variety of projects, from framing to finishing. The integrated dust collection system helps maintain a clean work area. Safety features are incorporated to protect the user during operation. This saw is built to last, providing years of reliable service. It does come with 3 years warranty if you register it online. It's a valuable addition to any household/workshop. I do recommend it for day to day cuts/small DYI projects. NB. Its a bit heavy and make sure you have a dedicated table where to put it.

Great piece of kit!
As a novice (but enthusiastic) DIYer, this has proven really useful for a number of half finished projects around the house. It’s relatively ready to go as soon as you get it out of the box, but I have to admit I did find the limited instructions and illustrations a bit tricky to decipher. Once I’d sussed the basics, it was really simple to use and didn’t thankfully require too much dexterity to operate (unlike others with complicated guard release buttons that I had tried). The cuts were clean and accurate and the LED light was an huge help. Thankfully this meant I managed to sort out some panelling in our nursery in no time at all without causing too much mess with the attached dust bag too. The saw itself is lightweight and I can see how it would lend itself to someone having to transfer it from house-to-house on a regular basis.
