Basic drive with false description.
As a standard drive it's fine. Not very fast and the USB 3 connection is outdated. If you're working with big data such as 4K video, buy an SSD or an 3.5" form factor HDD instead. This was described as having a disk speed of 7200 RPM, but this is inaccurate as it is not possible for a 2.5" form factor HDD to have those speeds. This drive's disk speed is no more than 5400 RPM which results in transfer speeds up to 130 MB/s. The drive is okay for documents, photos and mid quality video, but that's about it.

“ Yes this should work as storage device but if the user wants to play games they have stored on the drive, they will need to transfer them back to PS5 to play, as you cant play the games direct from the drive, you can only store them. ”
