The GC-CH 1855/1 Li cordless hedge trimmer offers efficient trimming for large hedges, shrubs, and bushes without the hassle of a cord. Powered by an 18V 2.5 Ah PXC battery with a three-LED battery indicator, it easy manages long work sessions and is compatible with all Power X-Change products. The metal gearing and 55cm long, laser-cut, diamond-ground steel blades deliver precise cuts. Features include adjustable front and swivel rear handles, two-hand safety switch, aluminum blade cover, and a sturdy cutter guard for safe storage.
One battery system for all Power X-Change devices. With the Power X-Change battery system from Einhell, you can run all of the compatible equipment with the same battery. Whether for a power tool or gardening equipment – one battery is all it takes.
The laser-cut, diamond-ground steel blades offer the highest precision and guarantee long service life of the cordless hedge trimmer.
The front handle is adjustable and the rear handle can be rotated, making both vertical and horizontal cuts are possible.

A lighter option
Just tried the trimmer out and surprised how much lighter this feels, compared to our old hedge trimmer (with a long lead!). Probably not as robust but good for trimming privet hedges & with a longer blade.

Waste of time
Ordered this and it arrived without two small screws to fit the hand guard. Went through the tiresome process of exchanging it for another This arrived,started to assemble it,and the head of the screw "went" when fitting the adjustable handle Cheaply made product so sent it back
