First class coffee machine
Fantastic machine a little louder than anticipated after reading reviews prior to purchase but overall I highly recommend this machine to any coffee lover out there easy to set up and use and pours the coffee exactly how u would see in a cafe (saving an absolute fortune from buying take out coffee when u can make it yourself at home, u will not be disappointed with the quality of this machine)

Very impressed
Have been using this for a couple of weeks now and am still impressed. As others have said, it is definitely not quiet but not excessively so. Easy to follow instructions and after refilling, cleaning etc that are satisfying clicks so you know it's ok. The actual instructions are via a QR code, I have only recently got a phone that recognises these so would be nice if there was an obvious alternative. Also, on a phone the instructions are probably way to small to read for most folks.

Not very good at all. It was first time purchasing bean to cup coffee machine and I was disappointed. The coffee was watery, the latte function did not produce coffee and wasted allot of product. The instructions are not very clear. I returned it in the end.

The machine overall is great. However the lack of instructions is appalling. I had to go on line to find out how to set up my machine.

Various types of milk can result in a different amount of foam and quality. We recommend you to use one of the following milk types:
Semi-skimmed cow's milk
Full-fat cow’s milk
Lactose-free milk
Plant-based milk Note: We recommend checking the plant-based milk you would like to use to see if they are specially formulated to create milk froth for your cappuccinos, lattes and other milk-based beverages. You may find your favorite brand to have a “Barista” or “Professional” edition.

The Philips 3300 Series LatteGo Bean to Cup Coffee Machine (model EP3300) operates at 220-240V. It is not a bivolt appliance, meaning it does not support both 110V and 220V.
