We bought this before our holiday for our daughter. It was good value for money but we would prefer a hard case. The exterior marked very easily and looks years old after 1 trip. Inside had a divider section but couldn’t hold much. Much smaller than we thought it was going to be.

At the time of writing this reply (and of course potentially subject to change in future), the current requirements for Tui is a 10kg maximum weight and a bag with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
This bag is 46cm x 29.5cm x 20cm so it should be OK. It weighs 1.95kg so you could put up to 8.5kg of stuff in it.
