Fantastic vacuum
This vacuum is great, it has really good suction and lightweight, perfect for hoovering the stairs. The battery life seems good, I can do the whole of upstairs as well as the stairs on one charge. Being wireless saves me time as I don’t have to keep changing plug sockets from room to room.

No in house hose attachment
So sad, really good cleaner BUT... the hose is only for tiny in car attachments, not in house use . This cleaner would benefit from a normal attachment flexible hose to reach difficult places, which might be impossible to reach without a hose... e.g. wardrobe tops above bed. Thinking about having to get rid of the Shark vacuum...sad....

Good but design could be improved
It’s great at picking up dirt - pet hair etc , and lightweight . Love that it glides under sofas and beds. I find emptying it not intuitive - accidentally emptied it all over the floor , and it doesn’t stand up on its own unless it is folded down ,

Lovely hoover but doesnt stand upright on its own
Lovely cordless hoover, not too heavy for me, love the filter on it. Given it 4 stars and not 5 as if l have to move some furniture or mats etc it doesnt stay upright so l have to lean it against something which is a bit inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from a standard cordless shark , which wasn't picking up and the dirt & it used to fall back out . I chose this as I have long hair , we have recently added a puppy to our family & it was in my price range . I have to say it's amazing , it picks everything up ( no hair tangled around the brushes) , it senses different flooring & the anti odour is fab . I am extremely pleased with it .

To charge your Shark Stratos, simply plug the charger into the handheld unit, and the battery can be charged on or off the vacuum, taking up to 3.5 hours for a full charge. It’s best to fully charge before first use, and once charged, you can enjoy up to 60 minutes of run time in ECO mode with non motorised tools.
The percentage sign shown at the top of the handle is meant to show the current battery percentage left.
This vacuum can take 3.5 hours to fully charge.
We can confirm that this charger is manufactured for a standard 3-pin UK outlet and extension leads.
The roller bar cannot be completely turned off on this model. We do not offer any model with a brush roll that can stop spinning entirely while it is in use. However, we do have vacuums with hard-floor settings that slow the brush roll to prevent damage to delicate carpet fabrics.

Why would a Shark expert say theres no difference between the two models, other than colour? Why would they be selling two models in that case, at different price points? That answer is incorrect!
I believe the main difference is that the T model has a motorised pet tool included, hence the higher price point.
Yes, the floorhead has LED headlights to illuminate dust as you clean.
There are three methods available for charging the battery of this unit. To charge the battery within the handheld vacuum, connect the charger to a wall outlet and then plug it into the port located under the handle. You may also activate storage mode by pressing the Flexology Wand Unlock Latch and folding the vacuum forward until the wand clicks into a locked position. Afterward, connect the charger to the charging port on the handheld vacuum. Another method involves pressing and holding the Battery Release Button to remove the battery. Once the battery is out, plug the charger into its charging port. To reinstall the battery, slide it back into the slot at the rear of the handheld vacuum until it clicks securely.
