I bought few weeks ago, works fine but the battery is quite bad, at 40% charge it can stop and you have to plug again, a bit annoying.

Good Features
Purchased this 2/3 weeks ago first time to go cordless as well. Excellent purchase, easy to use as well. Light and funnily enough running the hoover round the home is now quicker. Good suction and extra tools a bonus. Hair removal better than anticipated. Battery time approx. 45minutes is very good also. Highly recommend.

Had this a few weeks. Good at picking up. Battery is good. Run it on eco mode a lot as it is a lot quieter if somebody is in bed. Find it a little bit heavier to push than my previous shark. That is the reason only gave it 4 stars.

So great I bought another one
I originally bought this vacuum for my parents. In their late 80s so needed a light but effective device that was simple to use and importantly not too heavy. I did buy the two battery model for them as they have carpet. I loved it so much I bought myself the same one but with single battery as didn’t think I would need additional time (also have a robot vacuum as mop). With both of us having dogs the standout feature for me was the door neutralising not spreading the doggy smell around when cleaning.

First cordless I’ve had, better than thought. Would recommend second battery if you want to do more than a couple rooms in one go. I’m also glad you can opt to increase the suction by choice

Not my best buy
I purchased this vacuum 2 weeks ago and the second time using it rhe main vacuum head broke. The wheel wouldn't go around and sonething snapped inside. I was sent a replacement very promptly. However the replacement has squeaky wheel and I am concerned its going to do the same again!! The running time isnt great either. I have to charge if after every use. I wouldn't be able to do the whole house on one charge. Im really regretting purchasing this vacuum and wish I had gone for another corded vacuum. The suction isnt the greatest

Light-weight, neat, excellent hoover
5 years ago we were gifted a shark corded upright hoover as a house warming present, it has been excellent. Since then we’ve moved house, had a second child and just bought a golden retriever puppy and I was finding I wanted to hoover everyday and the upright was a bit hefty. We’ve now had this cordless stratos a week and I love it, it’s so light weight that at first I felt like it couldn’t be picking up anything but actually it’s excellent a coping with dog fur, my long hair and general debris. My floor has never looked so clean. It also folds neatly so I keep it plugged in at the side of the room for easy access. It’s run time allows me to hoover the whole house with one charge and I think nothing of grabbing it for a quick spill/patch of dirt due to its ease of use. The hoover also moves from hard floor to rug with no issues at all. The only one negative I’ve found is that it doesn’t cope well with thin mats as they get stuck. It’s made my life much easier and my floors much cleaner!

Worst Vacuum On Earth
This vacuum is so terrible: Overheating warning only a year after use. Regularly clogged by tiny particles. Screams at you constantly as if the motor is cooked. Burning smell from the motor. DO NOT BUY. The worst most pathetic build quality in a vacuum i ever had.

Very disappointed.
Clogs up easily and spits out dirt. After every use I'm having to clean out the whole thing so that it can work properly, not that it ever does a good enough job. I use this in my own home but I have been a domestic cleaner for 8 years and I have never come across something so awful.

To charge your Shark Stratos, simply plug the charger into the handheld unit, and the battery can be charged on or off the vacuum, taking up to 3.5 hours for a full charge. It’s best to fully charge before first use, and once charged, you can enjoy up to 60 minutes of run time in ECO mode with non motorised tools.

This vacuum can take 3.5 hours to fully charge.
We can confirm that this charger is manufactured for a standard 3-pin UK outlet and extension leads.
The roller bar cannot be completely turned off on this model. We do not offer any model with a brush roll that can stop spinning entirely while it is in use. However, we do have vacuums with hard-floor settings that slow the brush roll to prevent damage to delicate carpet fabrics.

Why would a Shark expert say theres no difference between the two models, other than colour? Why would they be selling two models in that case, at different price points? That answer is incorrect!
I believe the main difference is that the T model has a motorised pet tool included, hence the higher price point.

There are three methods available for charging the battery of this unit. To charge the battery within the handheld vacuum, connect the charger to a wall outlet and then plug it into the port located under the handle. You may also activate storage mode by pressing the Flexology Wand Unlock Latch and folding the vacuum forward until the wand clicks into a locked position. Afterward, connect the charger to the charging port on the handheld vacuum. Another method involves pressing and holding the Battery Release Button to remove the battery. Once the battery is out, plug the charger into its charging port. To reinstall the battery, slide it back into the slot at the rear of the handheld vacuum until it clicks securely.
