Hoover is really good, only downside is the battery doesnt last as long as we expected. Also the roller underneath squeaks so when your using it theres a constant squeak

Outstanding 5 star easily
Outstanding item, i have always had Dyson but due to price and reading other reviews, i changed to Shark. It promptly turned up and was easy to assemble. The hoover is well worth the 5 stars, intelligent system uses more suction when it needs it. I have genuinely been taken back just how good it is.

Fabulous hoover, does what the advert says.
Picks up so well, my hair falls out a lot and I havent had to unwrap hair from the roller once, battery lasts to hoover a whole 3 bed house 1 and a half times before the need for a recharge. Would really reccomend.

Easy to use cordless hoover
Ive been using my cordless shark stratos now for a couple of weeks. Main use on hard floors with area rugs. The stratos adapts to each surface and cleans well. It comes with attachments for all your cleaning needs. Nice and light. For day to day cleaning, i use it on eco mode which has a battery life of about 60mins. Its easy to empty too , which is just as well, as the dirt cylinder fills up quite quickly. Very happy with this hoover.

Too heavy, aggravates the arthritis in my hands. No user manual is a major drawback, I have to guess at what the various items and labels are for, e.g. what do the various light colours mean when charging?

Motor doesn’t last
Brought this last May have replaced mother twice now makes a horrible scratching noise then you can smell burning. Also sine replaced mother doesn’t have a great suction. Would never recommend

Lightweight powerful vaccuum from Shark
Lightweight powerful vaccuum from Shark- I bought this as as a secondary vaccuum for kitchen floors etc. The unit is neat and compact- it folds in half so it's easy to store in a cupboard. The suction power is great- the battery seems to last a while and I use the autosensor mode where the motor increases if extra dirt is detected. The filter is impregnated with a scent which I thought was a gimmick but it's actually a great addition to a vaccuum. The lights on the head are useful to vaccuum in darker areas of the house. The build and hand-feel is good although the wheels squeak which doesn't sound very premium. The attachments are well-made and perfect for cleaning sofas/curtains etc. Very happy with this affordable little device and honestly it'd be suitable as a main vaccuum for the average household or two-bed flat.

Good cleaner problem with batteries got 2 of them get about 15-20 minutes with each one using reduced mode if full power 10-15 minutes max for each battery and there stone flat otherwise great hoover

Good but not great
This is a good sturdy vacuum however the Dyson is better. Downsides are it’s heavy, not easy to lift up and down stairs, and the battery dies quickly. I have to charge it most days. What is great is how it picks up hair. It goes straight into the ‘bin’ and doesn’t get stuck in other parts of the vacuum. Good if you have pets.

We can confirm that this charger is manufactured for a standard 3-pin UK outlet and extension leads.
The roller bar cannot be completely turned off on this model. We do not offer any model with a brush roll that can stop spinning entirely while it is in use. However, we do have vacuums with hard-floor settings that slow the brush roll to prevent damage to delicate carpet fabrics.

Why would a Shark expert say theres no difference between the two models, other than colour? Why would they be selling two models in that case, at different price points? That answer is incorrect!
I believe the main difference is that the T model has a motorised pet tool included, hence the higher price point.
Yes, the floorhead has LED headlights to illuminate dust as you clean.
There are three methods available for charging the battery of this unit. To charge the battery within the handheld vacuum, connect the charger to a wall outlet and then plug it into the port located under the handle. You may also activate storage mode by pressing the Flexology Wand Unlock Latch and folding the vacuum forward until the wand clicks into a locked position. Afterward, connect the charger to the charging port on the handheld vacuum. Another method involves pressing and holding the Battery Release Button to remove the battery. Once the battery is out, plug the charger into its charging port. To reinstall the battery, slide it back into the slot at the rear of the handheld vacuum until it clicks securely.

Having checked I can see the main differences are that the IZ400UKT has Clean Sense IQ, Flexology wand and a quicker charge time compared to the IZ300UKT.
