Build total-body strength with the Marcy MKM-81030 Home Gym equipment, featuring a weight stack for progressive resistance training. The dual-function press arm switches between chest press and pec dec movements, while upper and lower pulley systems enable a complete workout. Target major muscle groups from biceps and shoulders to quads and hamstrings with multiple exercise stations. The vinyl-coated weight stack with adjustable lock lets you control resistance as you advance.
Includes short bar, EZ lat bar, D-handle and ankle strap for variety. Sturdy 14-gauge steel frame supports users up to 136 kg. Sealed bearing pulley system with 2000 lb twinned cables for smooth, reliable operation. Padded seat and backrest provide comfort during training.

Does lots of different things
I have used this a few times now & it does the job while being relatively compact. My 14yo daughter put it together for me although needs 2 people in the initial stages. A bit wobbly but im pleased with it for the price of £300. Delivery was excellent.

Works well, fiddly to put together
Great little home gym. Probably not suitable for anyone who lifts weights a lot as the weight is not excessive, but enough for me. Very fiddly to put together, instructions are not the best. Took 3 of us about 5-6 hours in total!!!

Marcy MKM-81030 Home Gym
Recently purchased this product and have to say I'm very pleased with it. Parts are well labelled, the instruction manual looks a little daunting at first but with progression it falls into place. Found YouTube handy for looking at the cable to roller sequence. Overall a very well built good quality machine which is the perfect height for me at 6'2"
