About this product
You're ready to train seriously at home. This Marcy home gym gives you multiple exercise stations for full-body workouts. The dual-function press arm switches between chest press and pec dec movements. Upper and lower pulley systems let you target everything from biceps to hamstrings. The 45kg weight stack provides progressive resistance as you get stronger.
The vinyl-coated stack adjusts with a simple lock for quick changes between sets. Sealed bearing pulleys with twinned cables deliver smooth motion every time. The padded seat and backrest keep you comfortable during longer sessions. It includes a short bar, EZ lat bar, D-handle and ankle strap. The 14-gauge steel frame supports users up to 136kg.

A fantastic bit of kit! Takes a very long time to put together and the instructions aren't great BUT you can fn fantastic video on youtube that will help. The amount of exercises you can do are endless. The resistance is fab. The durability is awesome an the smoothness is next to none.

Does lots of different things
I have used this a few times now & it does the job while being relatively compact. My 14yo daughter put it together for me although needs 2 people in the initial stages. A bit wobbly but im pleased with it for the price of £300. Delivery was excellent.

Works well, fiddly to put together
Great little home gym. Probably not suitable for anyone who lifts weights a lot as the weight is not excessive, but enough for me. Very fiddly to put together, instructions are not the best. Took 3 of us about 5-6 hours in total!!!

Marcy MKM-81030 Home Gym
Recently purchased this product and have to say I'm very pleased with it. Parts are well labelled, the instruction manual looks a little daunting at first but with progression it falls into place. Found YouTube handy for looking at the cable to roller sequence. Overall a very well built good quality machine which is the perfect height for me at 6'2"
