Fine for the price - not luxury, but do the job
For the price they're fine. The slightest crinkle shows up a lot so you got to make sure they don't get dented before putting up. But they do a good job of stopping the light from shining downwards too brightly, and if you have sensitive eyes they can help in this way.

Conical lampshade
Good value, not dressy , does the job. There is a slightly annoying fabric join line on the cone, but positioned correctly it's fine.

The lampshade is more or less what I had been looking for. I only wanted one but it came as a pack of two. I have to find a storage space for a bulky shade or give it away.

Not Great!
I don't recommend these shades. They had dents in them, I found them fiddly to fit and had to screw the fixture in tight to stop them appearing lopsided. Then the fixture was visible through the shade.

So nice being able to lay in bed without the bulb shining in my eyes, would give a 5 star but they crease easily. Still worth every penny!

Alright....does the job...
Looks clean and sharp and smart in daylight... until it's dark and you turn on your light. There is a less than subtle join that is very obvious and uneasy on the eye.... worth £6...ish

Our supplier has advised that the Argos Home Set of 2 Fabric Uplighter Shades does not include the cord set so it's suitable for SES/BC with max.60W incandescent light bulb.

Yes! A very visible seam about three quarters of an inch wide. Spoils it. Dont know how Argos-man can say otherwise. I would add that impossible to hang straight. Rubbish. But what do you expect for a shade costing six quid? When will I ever learn that you get what you pay for..
