Mario is ready to race in his speedy 1:18 scale Pipe Kart with high-grip pneumatic tyres, reaching speeds up to 9km/h! The included game-style controller is full-function and operates forward/reverse movement, plus left/right steering. Its 2.4GHz technology means that up to 16 similar vehicles can operate together without interference! The set additionally includes a rechargeable 3.2V 320mAh LiFePO4 vehicle battery with charge lead for up to 30 minutes run time per charge plus 2x AAA Alkaline batteries for the controller. Excellent toy for a Mario fan
It turned out to be bigger than I expected, having only seen the tiny versions in other shops. It goes really fast, solid build, and tyres are rubber so they have good grip over most surfaces. Charging the kart is a bit of a pain, unscrewing the panel to take out the battery to plug into another usb module, and remote takes separate batteries instead of being rechargeable so thats a slight bummer. Other than that, really good!
