Awful experience
I bought it a 3 weeks ago, chose to collect from collection point, and it’s was in very damaged condition. Box was with scratches all around and holes. I took pictures straight away in shop, and I write 2 times complain to support centre they didn’t answer me. This was bought for birthday present and I didn’t had time to change it, awful experience. As a present , box should be in perfect condition, and not pressed like after fight, I’m disappointed

I bought this coffee machine a month ago and I am generally satisfied. The milk frother works really well, producing fluffy foam. The downside is that it takes a long time to start and is really loud. But overall, the coffee comes out delicious and hot.

Simple and good coffee
Nice easy to use machine, after a couple videos on YouTube I have got the right settings for me. A bit hit and miss with setting the grind level but keep it fine, once set not worth moving around. Good drinking temperature but it is not supper hot so doesn't burn your grounds.

I can advise the following for the Philips 2200 Series Bean to Cup Coffee Machine - Black:
This does have the ability to change the level of water used when making the coffee, if you look at image 6/11 you can see a button showing the different fill levels of a cup. You would also need to have it on Coffee and not expresso.
