I can advise the following for the Philips 2200 Series Bean to Cup Coffee Machine - Black:
This does have the ability to change the level of water used when making the coffee, if you look at image 6/11 you can see a button showing the different fill levels of a cup. You would also need to have it on Coffee and not expresso.

This machine does not have a 'one touch' Americano setting, so you would need to brew an espresso shot then manually top it up with water yourself.

There is also prompt from the product given when the collection tray is full.
