About this product
The Vax Pace Plus is a proper lightweight cordless stick that's built for quick everyday cleaning across the whole house. At just over 3kg, it's easy to carry around and manoeuvre into corners without straining your wrist. The removable 4.0Ah battery gives you up to 40 minutes on the standard setting or around 15 minutes if you need the power boost, and it charges back up in 3 hours with the wall-mounted charger.
The 3-stage filtration captures up to 99% of fine dust and pet hair, trapping particles down to 0.3 microns, so it's brilliant if you've got allergies or shedding pets. The 0.6l dustbin has a handy full indicator, and the filter is washable so you're not buying replacements every few months. It converts into a handheld for furniture, stairs or the car, and comes with a crevice tool and stair tool. The wall mount keeps it charged and out of the way between uses. Works across carpets, wool rugs, hard floors, laminate and stairs.

I’m delighted to say I’ve bought something which does exactly what I wanted from it. Bought this Vax Pace two weeks ago and assembled it in two minutes. The initial battery charge took a couple of hours and then it was up and running. It’s fairly light, extremely versatile and surprisingly powerful. Excellent value indeed.

So far I am happy with my vacuum suction is good and battery life is fine. The vacuum can feel little bit heavy for some people this is due to the battery pack.

My Review, I have used the Vax Pace plus once since purchasing, it has removed 5 containers of dust out of the lounge carpet, my old hoover clearly not doing the job. So far excellent. Took about 45 minutes to charge the battery. Easy assemble from the box, Nice light weight machine, sucked the heck out of the carpet, without the boost on. I would say slow and easy does a better job. Easy to remove the dust compartment and empty and connect back to the machine. I have quickly used the machine on the hard floor, it doesn't like small balls of dust/fluff because the brush is not engaged (not supposed to use on hard floors) which means the machine doesn't pick these up, however as soon as the machine was returned to the carpet the brush was engaged any fluff was discarded. A minor gripe but maybe Vax might want to look into. Haven’t tried the stair attachment etc…finally setting up the 3 year warranty on the phone a pain in the backside.

I’m really impressed with this cordless vacuum. It has powerful suction and a button to increase the suction if needed. I can clean the whole house of my small 2 bedroom without the battery running out of charge. It is easy to take apart, making it easy to store if you are short on space. Great vacuum for the price
Bought this to replace an old Dyson hand held vacuum as this one had a really good review on Which. Its a bit heavier to hold than expected but ok. Cleans well on carpets and hard floors. Like that you can turn the brushes on and off with an easilt accessible button. Would be helpful if it had a clip to hold the attachments. Battery is easily removed for charging and has a useful light system to tell you when it needs charging. Overall very pleased with it and it terms of value for money its really good.

Superb vacuum
I bought this vacuum due to price but after using it multiple times now I would of happily paid more, it excellent pick up, long lasting battery and the attachments really do work well on all houshold dust. I thoroughly recommend the vax pace vacuum.

Poor value from a well known name
Really disappointed. It's quite heavy, and the weight is all in the handle area, so makes it more difficult to carry upstairs. You have to manually change the suction for hard floors or carpets, which is a nuisance and it doesn't clean particularly well. Would have changed it for a different one, but because I'd tried it once, that wasn't possible.

Hi. It does NOT have an anti hair brush roll. It mentions that it is good for pets because it does a great job at picking up dust and pet hair contaminants. However longer human hair, strings etc will get tied up around the brush roll and you need to pull them out yourself routinely.
