For the price it does an ok job.
I had to send original back as the dirt bin wasn't working properly but there was no problem getting a replacement and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I was told not to return the battery or the tools and when the replacement arrived it had them included so I now have a back up battery. Thanks for that. The machine itself is pretty efficient but I find the hand held part quite heavy as it has the battery in it. The stair attachment could be better as the one included skims over carpet rather than running through the pile. However it was a good price and it does the job.

Great for pet hair
This is my second Vax hoover . I love how well it removes my dog’s hair from the carpet . The hoover is lightweight and can be stowed away easily . Unfortunately, with the first hoover I bought , the charger broke just after the warranty ran out . I would therefore definitely recommend to register the product to get most out of the warranty .

Initial opinion
Purchased two weeks ago, just used it for first time today. Initial opinion is very good, easy to use and operate. The dust collector box was fiddly to reattach after use, but this is probably caused by the newness, of the clip back on catches. Well packed, with prompt delivery. Seems good value.

Love my new Vax. It has made vacuuming so much easier especially the stairs. No more heavy machine to carry & cord to keep moving. The battery life is good & it’s so easy to empty. Got at a knockdown price too so even better.
