You can print, scan, or copy from smartphones and tablets using the Canon PRINT app, or print directly via AirPrint (iOS) and Mopria (Android). Access Point Mode allows direct connection without internet. FINE cartridges ensure crisp documents and vibrant images, while creative tools like Easy-PhotoPrint Editor add fun. It's also compatible with the PIXMA Print Plan, a monthly ink subscription.

Check cost of cartridges first
I have used this printer several times and it’s come up with ink low, when I checked the cost of new cartridges I could buy a new printer for the same money, would not have bought this if I had checked prices first

Happy with purchase
I bought this recently and have only used a few times. I must say to set it up was very easy . The printer came with cartridges. I would recommend this for the ease of setting up and to use.

Fantastic budget printer
Brilliant low cost printer. I was a bit sceptical because the price was so good. I would be a light user so didn’t want to pay too much for a printer to replace my My Old Epson eco ink tank one. This was so much better. Easy to Air print from my Apple devices and very easy to set up!

Difficult to get WiFi set up connected and working took 3 attempts and still can't get it to print from my mobile phone.

Excellent value colour printer for low volume user
Been using this printer a couple of weeks. Very easy to set up with the Canon app and very easy to use. It's a bit slower and clunkier than other canon printers I've owned but then it cost less than £50! Brint quality in both colour and b&w are very good. Haven't tried photo printing yet. I'd thoroughly recommend it for low volume users. The speed and single colour print head means it's not really suitable if you print a lot/often.
