Staff was friendly & delivered the product I ordered online straight away. I used HP for years and it would break down in 2 years. Never prints straight away, prints missing paged or something goes wrong. Love Canon so far. Hope it lasts more than 2 years.

No set up instructions are provided, but using the on-line instructions proved surprisingly straightforward (wireless). Black and white prints are good - haven't done any colour yet, so can't comment on this aspect. I am pleased with the product - it's ideal for home use, and represents good value for money.

Not easy to connect under Windows11(S)
Bought this to replace my Pixma MG3650S as I had problems with downloading a print driver from Canon to run under Windows11 in 'S' mode on my new computer. However Windows11 would not allow me to download the driver from the link in the Canon set-up instructions for this printer either unless I switched off 'S' mode, which could not then be re-instated. Fortunately this printer is supported by CanonPRINT (the MG3650S was not) which can be downloaded from Microsoft Store. I didn't find connecting the printer to my laptop using a USB cable very easy, possibly because I had had to deviate from the original set-up instructions and use CanonPRINT instead of following the link in the instructions; wireless connection to my phone was easier, however both have lost connection on occasions and the online manual is not easy to use to try and resolve the problem. This model is much lighter than the MG3650S and doesn't give the impression as being as sturdy. It seems to guzzle ink at a great rate, uses much more than the MG3650S. The control panel display is not back lit and is very difficult to read unless you shine a light onto it. I have only used it for printing and single sheet copying, so cannot comment on its' multi sheet copying, scanning or faxing ability.

I can advise that PG-575 (black) and CL-576 (colour) ink cartridges are for Canon PIXMA TR4755i/TR4756i printers. Therefore this printer takes 2, one black and one colour.
