About this product
The MagSafe Charger makes wireless charging a snap. The perfectly aligned magnets attach to your iPhone 12 or later. The MagSafe Charger provides faster wireless charging up to 25W when paired with a 30W power adapter. The MagSafe Charger is compatible with Qi2 and Qi charging, so it can be used to wirelessly charge your iPhone 8 or later, as well as AirPods models with a wireless charging case, as you would with any Qi2- or Qi-certified charger. The magnetic alignment experience only applies to iPhone 12 & 13, iPhone 14 & 15, iPhone 16.
For faster wireless charging up to 25W - up to 50 per cent battery in around 30 minutes for iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro when paired with the 30W USB-C Power Adapter (sold separately).
For fast wireless charging up to 15W for iPhone 12 or later with MagSafe when paired with the 20W USB-C Power Adapter (sold separately). For wireless charging up to 7.5W for iPhone 8 or later with Qi when paired with the 20W USB-C Power Adapter (sold separately).

It's a great purchase
I bought this a month ago and literally it is an amazing buy. It is fast, convenient and at the same time looking stylish. I have 2 meter length wire that gives me an advantage to use it across my bed without worrying about the socket location.

Wouldn't bother. Thought for the price and being apple would be worth the money, worked for about 2 hours not worked since. Ended up just buying portable charger for 10£

Better than using plug in cable
My wife upgrade phone and so a change from lightning cable to a USB cable was needed. She charges the phone overnight on a bedside cabinet, and uses the phone for a while. The advantage of the magsafe charger is that it's much easier to plonk the phone on it rather than fiddling with plugging in a plug. Also if using the phone, you haven't got a cable sticking downwards into the bedding (you can rotate the magsafe so the lead is to the side), and the lead isn't bent at a sharp angle.

Yes, this still allows you to use the phone. The phone may overheat slightly and limit its charging speed if you are using the phone while charging due to the way inductive charging works.
