About this product

You're setting up for your morning ride at home. This Reebok FR30 exercise bike connects to Zwift and Kinomap apps via Bluetooth. It's got a 6-window LED display and a holder for your tablet or smartphone. There are 32 magnetic resistance levels and 28 programmes built in. The 9kg flywheel delivers smooth, steady pedalling motion throughout your session.

The bike adjusts to fit you with a moveable seat and handlebar. You'll track speed, time, distance, calories, heart rate and RPM on screen. Choose from manual target modes, pre-set workouts, heart rate control or create your own. Hand grip pulse sensors monitor your effort as you ride. Self-levelling pedals with straps keep your feet secure and stable.
