BBQ quick smoker & grill
Does what it says on the box, works wonders for a smoker , not used it a grill yet. Cooked ribs chicken sausages and all were tasty. Plenty of videos on YouTube for recipes and tips on how to use a smoker, yes I would recommend especially if you love BBQ and want something different to a average BBQ.

Love it but colour is wrong
Love it, use it everyweekend but i thought it was a cute navy colour and got a black one. The screws and the fittings that hold the water pan and grill are poor quality also showing rust already and very easy to knock out of shape when adjusting the set up.

Okay for beginners.
I bought this for my first smoker and was impressed with how it looked & the specs on the website. Once I received it, I came to the realisation that it didn't have bottom vents which are pretty much vital to temperature control. Only issue with this smoker is that I've had trouble holding a stable temperature over the course of long cooks due to the lack of ventilation control at the bottom.

Overall great little bbq smoker
First time ever smoking meat, ive used this 3 times now and very beginner friendly, only complaint i have is the support where each grill sits is very flimsy only 3 clips bit puttin grill on and off whilst hot is very tricky lol ive ordered a hook so i can lift and lower easier

Our supplier has advised that the Bar-Be-Quick Charcoal Smoker and Grill does not come with a drip tray which would collect the fats from the meat, however the water pan/ tray (item 8) can be used as a drip tray if placed under what’s being smoked.

I have bought the Argos pizza topper for this BBQ and it fits on top of it ok the cooking area for BBQ is 40cm and 40cm for pizza topper. Not tried it yet but dont see why it wont work?

if you use a charcoal chimeny to start then youll probably get awsay with one and half protions of that chimney. ie not very much at all.
just be sure youre keeping an eye on temp and control to be at roughly 100 throughout the smoke as long as you can hit internal temp of 67 at the thickest bit of meat for at least 10 mins you will have cooked properly.
if youre still not sure then smoke for 4 hours then slam it in a hot oven to finish for 20 mins

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The amount of charcoal required would very much depend on the cooking method being used.
For the smoker and grill we would recommend Briquettes as these provide a longer burn than standard lumpwood.
It is best to check on the bag as guidelines are given for burn time etc.
