Can confirm calling the customer serivice line is the most stressful phone call you will ever have to make. After around 25 minutes of trying to get past the Ai without an order number, I then had a customer service rep who had never heard of extended christmas returns and had to put me on hold for a further few minutes. The rep assured me that christmas returns are valid until Janaury 31sty but did not sound sure in ther slightest, would probably just buy from somewhere else to be safe
