I bought these for my partner and he is obsessed. They now live in is ears 24/7 and no I am not joking! The sound quality is amazing, it goes quiet if someone begins speaking to you or you to them and stay in the ear without falling out. Also they have an amazing feature which means if they go missing you can set an alarm to find them… this was a game changer for my partner, he looses his on a daily basis! Honestly, brilliant. Buy them!

Amazing upgrade if using just on your iPhone
Upgraded to these from my old 2nd gen buds. The sound from these was absolutely phenomenal compared to what I had been using, the bass and overall sound was making some songs sound fresh and brand new. Was highly impressed by the jump in sound quality. I prefer these style over the pro’s just due to not liking the silicon tips. However due to not having the silicon tip that goes deeper into your ear the ANC function does still let noise in, not alot as compared to without ANC but if you are between songs or currently have no audio on for a moment you could still hear for example a TV that’s on or certain noises around you. This is my first time using ANC so not sure if it’s mean to completely block all outside sound. The reason for four stars though is just one little bug bear which means I will be still keeping my gen 2 air buds. Blue tooth connection to the tv for watching tv at night. I use my 2nd gen buds. When I got these 4th gen ones they connect to the tv at first but if you pause the tv or as soon as a new episode or video etc starts the connection goes off and you have to redo it constantly after a mid video ad on YouTube or if you get to your next episode of a show. Service from Argos was simple and fantastic though no issues at all with them.

Can confirm calling the customer serivice line is the most stressful phone call you will ever have to make. After around 25 minutes of trying to get past the Ai without an order number, I then had a customer service rep who had never heard of extended christmas returns and had to put me on hold for a further few minutes. The rep assured me that christmas returns are valid until Janaury 31sty but did not sound sure in ther slightest, would probably just buy from somewhere else to be safe
