Had this ring for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with it. Bought it mainly to track my sleep and find out about improvements I can make, as it has been all over the place for a few months now. The app is great and very detailed, gives me everything I asked for and more. Went for this over the Oura as no subscription fee. Battery life for me is 4 days, but I do have it in ‘turbo mode’, ie normal mode, all the time. Also looks great as a piece of jewellery.

The app is also super user-friendly and I was really surprised by how many additional features you get access to, which I didn't expect upon purchase. Having workout classes and breathing exercises without having to pay again is really beneficial. Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of buying as its 100% worth the money. It's also really lightweight and comfortable to wear.
