Great purchase, suctions brilliant and didn’t leave our carpets soaked. The products provided with it smell impeccable. It struggled a little on some of the older lived in stains on our cream carpet but brought out loads that I thought it probably wouldn’t shift. A little heavy to manoeuvre.

5 star cleaning equipment
Love my carpet cleaner! It works so well and is very powerful. I was torn between other shark carpet cleaners but the self clean feature this one has sold me. It’s gotten rid of stains in my wool carpet that have been there for months, my ex carpet cleaner (another brand that rhymes with wax) couldn’t get rid of. I am a shark/ninjas fan through and through! I have many of the products and will continue to be a loyal customer. They treat their customers 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ care.

Not at as expected
Been a week since I bought. Disappointed when did the first room. Left white patches and water marks. The marks didnt leave properly after drying. Tried second room, same results. Did a couple of stairs which were difficult to manage. Had high expectations but came much down the line. Dont know if I can return. Used just part of both rooms. Its been only a week yet

Amazing!
So easy to use not heavy at all and its so easy to clean! I was so shocked the self cleaning part for the hose and upholstery adapters is amazing! I hoover before i carpet clean and it still picks up things my hoover didn’t! The traps keep any hair or pet dander from clogging everything up i wish i had this sooner!! Wouldn’t recommend anything other than this for pet owners!

Crikey! We didn't think our carpet was that bad - can't believe what this pulled out. I'm sure the carpet is almost a different colour. So much better than our previous alternative make cleaner. Much lighter, and you can feel the suction kick in. Love the smell of the cleaning fluids too and the stain striker is amazing. My only little grip is the size of the water containers but I'll take the hit on that for the cleaning.

Deep cleaning
I have been finally wet cleaning my carpets after 14 years of use, including the last 6 years with two indoor cats. The amount of hair that has been removed nearly blocked the toilet. That only proves that the suction was good. I had to change the water at least 6 times. I am generally pleased with my first usage. Not too convinced about the stain striker option. This extra feature was more in the way than helping. Maybe it is just me... I have chosen the hot day to do the cleaning, so the drying time was short. I did not have any problems with maneuvering on the bigger open surface, haven't worked out yet all the additional tools to deal with the narrow spaces.

Yes, CarpetXpert is easy to clean after use. You can use a paper towel to remove hair and debris from behind the brush roll and inner cover. Clean the clear outer cover with a little water, shake, and rinse. Reattach by hooking the bottom tabs first, then press until it clicks. Empty dirty water into a drain and place hair and debris from the hair cage in a rubbish bin to help prevent blockages.
We don't recommend deep cleaning delicate rugs such as wool, as they can be sensitive to carpet-cleaning equipment. If your wool carpet lacks the manufacturer’s care label or has specific cleaning restrictions, using the CarpetXpert is not advised.
