They're among the smallest and lightest earbuds Sony has created, with hybrid silicone rubber ear pieces that sit comfortably for hours. IPX4 water resistance means they'll handle sweat and light rain without missing a beat.
Get up to 11 hours of playback on a single charge, with the included charging case extending that to 22 hours total. A 5-minute quick charge gives you an hour of listening time when you're in a rush, and full charging takes around 90 minutes. I brought these for walking with but i have found that they do fall out my ears often. I have tried all the different plug fittings but none help. I would not recommend these for running with. The sound is good though.

Yes — you can listen to BBC Sounds on these, as long as you play it on your phone or another Bluetooth device and connect the earbuds to that device.
The WF-C510 works with devices that support the A2DP Bluetooth profile, and the earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.3. So the steps are:
Pair the earbuds with your phone in Bluetooth settings
Open the BBC Sounds app on your phone
Press play, and the audio will come through the earbuds
So the key point is that BBC Sounds plays on the device, not directly on the earbuds themselves.
