Customers Say
Powerful suction and effective on pet hair and various floors. Auto-detect feature praised but often problematic on carpets. Cable stiffness and durability a major concern. Vacuum is heavy and sometimes hard to maneuver.

The best all round hover I have purchased, a little heavy but a great product

Disappointed with replacement
Bought 2 of these vacuums, had to return both due to the electric cable splitting in two places on both machines, the cable is so stiff it can be awkward at times when you are using the machine. I was very disappointed when I received the 2 replacements vacuums to find they are still using the same stiff cable, I am expecting it will be only a matter of time before the same thing will happen again. I would not buy another unless the cable is changed back to a more flexible cable.

Great features on this model
Much better version than the one I bought 5 years ago. Propels forward. Adjusts to different flooring, so from carpet to Lino etc. Very easy to remove build up of hair/fur.

Really powerful makes cleaning a breeze and large dustbin too

Great hoover
I had this as a replacement for my old shark hoover. I really like it, my only reason for one less star is it automatically flicks between hard floor and thick carpet a lot, which is frustrating when hoovering a large house. Picks up impeccably, have recommended this model to others

This is best vacuum ever made! I thought me carpets were clean until I got this one. I was shocked and pleasantly pleased with what it picked up after I first used it
