Best Shark so far! Hoovering is no longer a chore!
You know that doom scrolling buying experience when you’re not sure which one to buy and you come back and have another look after a few days…..well I just hit the buy button and hoped for the best. Oh my, I’m glad I did, it’s wonderful!! The hoover pulls itself along so only needs guiding, the auto detect has been spot on! The air freshener, this is next level! I describe the smell that the hoover leaves as a modern day shake and vac. Genuinely very happy with my purchase!! There is one annoying thing (isn’t there always?). If the roller thinks that it’s jammed, all lights turn red and you have to turn it off and back on. I’ve never had anything jammed in the rollers but it has turned red on a few occasions. Only a few seconds delay though for an otherwise very enjoyable experience.

Waste of time and money
Do not buy!! I bought one, the light at the front turned red instantly. Got told the motor was faulty so I was sent a new one, exactly same thing happened. A giant expensive waste of time. Will be asking for a refund

C- could do better
Fancy features on this slickly modelled vacuum do not outweigh its shortcomings. The simplicity of the packaging and construction is admirable and I like the colour scheme, good start. The odour control capsule is a nice touch for a pet owning household. The detect function seems to work well up against the skirting boards and the vacuum certainly picks up fluff and grit well so I can forgive the heavy resistance while using the device. The head is low and conveniently fits under the edge of the sofa and chest of drawers - brilliant well done Shark. It's not so noisy to upset the sensory sensitivities of some of the household. Great! However, the dust bucket is tiny. It looks like it's picked up loads of dirt because the dirt is squeezed again the front in a tall and very thin capsule. The hose is way too short and really inflexible so I'm really struggling to reach the picture rails and cobwebs around the door frame and light fittings. The lift away function was the real disappointment. The cylinder is very unstable and falls over at the slightest breath. The attachments are on the lifted away section and at this point are a bit of a pain. The hose is still too short and really inflexible but now the cylinder is falling over down the stairs so vacuuming the stairs is harder than before because I am carrying the cylinder weight with my working arm. To top it off the electric cable is a bit stiff and a bit short too. Could be better.

Felt like I’d done a full body workout after vacuuming the house! My old shark was much easier to move around.

Not the best
Pulls away from your hand on any carpet absolutely kills my hand when I've hoovered a carpet room, doesn't pick anything up greatly from corners either. For the price im sorry but you'd expect so so much more! If you're elderly definitely do not purchase this as you will definitely have to return trust me. I have very low pile carpets in bedrooms, as you turn the vacuum on n push it down it pulls away from you an goes red straight away. My other shark was far better. Highly disappointed :(

Absolutely amazing!! The air freshener thing! OMG!!! The suction is another level!! This is my first shark hover! And currently as the situation stands!! I’m never LOOKING BACK!!!

Almost great…but cable appalling.
The vacuum cleaner is very good in most areas but there is one annoying problem! The power lead is very stiff, does not wind away and a pain to unravel, for an excellent but expensive machine this is almost enough to return it. All other parts are good and the powered lift away excellent. Would have been a 5 but is a 3 - 4 star item.

Great, but….
Great hoover, powerful but miss being able to control the suction when using the hand tools like on my old Shark Classic NZ801UKT. This feature I used all the time and really miss this. Think if I had of known it didn’t have this feature I wouldn’t have purchased. This is why I can’t give it a full 5 stars. Really it should be a 4.5 but can’t give half marks.
