The best vaccum cleaner ever
The best vaccum cleaner ever. I couldnt believe it how amaxing is the vaccim its anility to tryly lift fogs hair up in one go. I have 3 Shepherd dogs. Imagen how dirty my rugs and carpets get. This amazing vacuum cleaner does the job. Its awsome!

First time upright
So first time with an upright hoover , like the suction power, but find the rigid cord not easy to rewind and find it generally not user friendly. The hose is quite clumsy and is very heavy . If I had tried the hoover first I probably would not have purchased

Top notch machine
Our mid range model of just a few years packed in and we almost did a like for like replacement. Something drew me to this model (we're a pet household and I wanted a cabled vac for power) and my word - not all machines are made equally! The Detect mode is just brilliant, it let's you know when it's detecting hairs/debris so you know when to move on. Granted I now spend longer vacuuming š until the detection light goes off, but you can visibly see the difference afterwards. Powerful suction - for now at least, long may it last. I fiund this to be quieter than my last model, you do have to get used to its weight though and the constantly varying power modes depending on how dirty/clean different areas of your home are. Great buy.

Love Love Love it, so glad I chose this one!
Love Love Love this Vacuum! We have a large house with 2 teens ( And their friends most of the time) and a large puppy. This really does feel like a great vac. easy to use, easy to assemble, picks up fantastically and what's even greater is you don't have to keep changing the settings when moving between long pile, short pile, wood, tile and laminate. No need for shake and vac (don't use it you will be forever wiping the sensors) but in all honesty you don't need it. I told my partner id bought another shark product and he eye rolled me! but after using it said this has to be the best vac on the planet!. Downfall could be that its heavy in comparison to my Hetty quick but that's not a problem for us, Others have mentioned the wire and while it is stiff, daily use is making it more flexible and the lead length is fantastic.

Poor materials
Bought this vacuum in May 2025. The rubber on the power cord has started to split, up to the point where wires are exposed ... thats on a Premium product. Tried to return the product, none of the places will accept as the box is too big and replacemebt wont be sent until unot is returned.

Excellent suction brilliant hoover
Hubby and I are super impressed with this hoover. After using the pet cordless for years the comparison is far apart. The suction on this is far far superior. Really happy either way the purchase.
