Amazing!! Old Dyson wasn’t performing so tried Shark instead. This hoover is brilliant. Premium look, power adjusts accordingly as it senses dirt. Propels itself on carpets and brings pile up. Has lights built in too and comes with good range of accessories. Can hoover a 4 bed house in one go no problem. Best bit is it empties itself after every use!! Best hoover I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.

Don’t buy, overheats all the time.
Really not a good hoover, it overheats almost every time we use it making it a poor design. We like the fact you can empty it and charge it but yeah we’ve only had it around a year and already looking to replace which is disappointing after buying it full price.

This is The monster truck of a vacuum cleaner world. It eats effortlessly through dust and can tackle pretty much anything. Brilliant on hard wood and carpets and it empties itself so no more daily emptying. Just 8 trips per year as the bin is odour free and keeps all the dust safely stored.

Waste of money
I’ve had this vacuum for just over a year and the suction has been poor almost from the start. The filters need constant cleaning just to maintain minimal performance, which is unacceptable for an expensive vacuum. I eventually gave up and replaced it with a Dyson, where the difference was immediately obvious. This purchase was a complete waste of money. Had I realised sooner, I would have asked for a refund, but unfortunately I’m now too late. I strongly recommend reading the reviews before buying.

56 days and still filling!
An excellent product if a bit on the heavy side. As an engineer I’m very impressed by the design. It has replaced a flimsy Tineco Hero which kept breaking. Unfortunately the edge detectors don’t pick up our dark grey kitchen skirting boards but I can live with that. The mystery is the storage dustbin. The bin is still filling after 56 days with no “bin full” warning although it looks full. How is the fullness measured? It’s only used in a bungalow.

Empty the dock dust bin when the dust bin full indicator light comes on. To remove the bin, lift it out by the handle. To empty the bin, hold it over the trash and press the release button on the side. The bottom will open to release the debris.
