Light and mess free
Having just moved from a corded version of the Shark to this cordless one, I am really happy with the change. The suction increases in areas the tech picks up on as needing more attention. It’s really easy to manoeuvre and the charge lasts for ages. The main appeal of this version was the charging dock including the self-cleaning station. It’s a larger dock than I thought it was going to be, but effective at mess free emptying or the vacuum.

My parent bought the light weight version of this and its fantastic. So we bought this one and its brilliant! Love the reverse tech and i also have a german shepherd so needed something. Had an old henry and hoovering meant the filter pushed out rhe dog smell. This hoover is great! Cant smell anything and the base is brilliant! My brother has the dyson and he too now is looking to get this hoover. Battery is good too! Last for ages. Enough for what we need and i live in a 3 story 4 bed and this hoover has made this chore so quick it great! Looking to buy more shark products as i think there brilliant.

Powerful, really well made.
I do have another 2 hoovers by Shark, but I don’t think it’s as good as the last one I purchased. I’m really struggling to push it on my carpets with deeper pile. So I’m really disappointed with this and don’t know if anyone else has had this problem???

Good features.
Bought this a couple of months ago and so far very pleased. Like the fact it empties into its own bin. Battery lasts as it alters to what it needs to clean up. Bin will tell you when it’s full but is a breeze to empty. You still have to clean filters of course but you do with every hoover with filters. I like to have spares of filters so I can put clean ones in while others are air drying. Only downfall with that is I’ve not been able as yet to get the filter that fits in the hand part in front of motor. Hoping they’re available soon. Strong suction. Little niggles but nothing I personally am bothered about. Others may do.

This was a replacement hover after our other one was faulty, This hover does not like anything little/dust doing through it, although the bending part is great for getting under the beds and sofa.

Worse hoover
I brought this in 2024 and I've only used it few times because the hoover over heats when hoovering the steps or the battery dies on it after about 10 min of use

poor
only had a few months and not only is my hoover not picking up well due to the filter not being available to replace , the anti hair wrap roll has just come away in pieces as i hoovered from hard floor to carpet. i have always had shark hoovers and recommended to family and friends so this is not what i expect from a brand such as shark. I have been told this filter is no longer being made so what are you going to do to replace this , trading standards are next on my list to be informed as this is a product that can not be used as intended.

Empty the dock dust bin when the dust bin full indicator light comes on. To remove the bin, lift it out by the handle. To empty the bin, hold it over the trash and press the release button on the side. The bottom will open to release the debris.
