Do not buy this product
I purchased this product 1 year ago and have been unable to get a pre motor filter. The vaccum is pretty useless when this filter isnt working. I’ve cleaned it regularly but it needs replacing. I am in Ireland and there is no help to get this resolved. Do not buy this product

Love the Shark Powerdetect clean. Not having to change the settings according to where I’m hoovering and having the ability to clean under things like beds and sofas is a game changer. A very powerful hoover too. Would recommend !

bought this to replace a hoover cordless vacuum, after many hrs looking at reviews for this and many others. decided to go with shark detect pro auto empty, very impressed with this hover, from the ease to set it up the features and tools that come supplied. the power lead that it comes with is on the short side, the foot print is the only other downside as it takes up a sizeable space. performance so far has been really good cant fault it at all, if your looking for an ultra light cordless hover this might not be for you, its not so heavy its unusable but it does have weight too it. the auto empty feature is brilliant no hassle fuss free empty, Our last cordless you emptied it what seemed like every two mins of use. also it is on the nosier side of vacuums it's defiantly not whisper quite. if you can get this on a good deal i would highly recommend this hoover, it's normal price is in the silly dyson price range. overall very glad i purchased this, excellent product.

Great on wooden floors but terrible on carpets, get stuck and doesn't push even on very short pile.

huge step up in performance to my old Dyson
Bought this looking for one of the best options for cat hair, I'd narrowed it down to this and a top tier Dyson at pretty much twice the price... 1st time using it i had some issues, kept getting a red flashing light. I dismantled, and cleaned all filters etc before reassembly and the issue hasn't returned. Performance wise it's insane, i must have done a whole house vacuum 3 times entirely, and smaller areas multiple times as well. It's still pulling up cat hair which i couldn't see.. Byproduct of that is my carpet seems rejuvenated, it's starting to get more texture and colour back. Also, having this located in my hallway, ready to go, can literally just pick it up, tackle an area and put it back down again, no emptying, no charging... Such a timesaver and so much less inconvenient than pulling a wired vacuum out, plugging it in, doing the work, emptying it, tidying away.... i am coming from a 2008 entry level wired Dyson, and this is such a step up in performance and convenience

Great vacuum cleaner
Great vacuum cleaner. Have always had Dyson before but got fed up of issues with it and suction on the last one was poor. Shark is much much better on all counts.Easy to handle and the lights to show dirt and increase suction are a huge bonus. Easy empty after each use. Would totally recommend. Great price at the moment too.

Great bit of kit
When I researched this vacuum cleaner I was a bit concerned it was going to be noisy as a few reviews had said so. I’m pleasantly surprised that it isn’t overly loud at all. It is relatively light and picks up very well. We have six cats and it removes the hair fantastically well. Overall I’m very impressed with it.
