56 days and still filling!
An excellent product if a bit on the heavy side. As an engineer I’m very impressed by the design. It has replaced a flimsy Tineco Hero which kept breaking. Unfortunately the edge detectors don’t pick up our dark grey kitchen skirting boards but I can live with that. The mystery is the storage dustbin. The bin is still filling after 56 days with no “bin full” warning although it looks full. How is the fullness measured? It’s only used in a bungalow.

So many great features!
I bought this product last week and already love it! The suction is great, and the way it changes depending on the floor surface is so clever. I was a bit hesitant to get a cordless hoover because I always thought the power wouldn't be good enough and it would lose charge too quick, but because of how quickly and efficiently this hoover picks up dirt, you don't even need it on for long! The forward and reverse hoover function is amazing, and I've never had a hoover that turns corners so easily. I haven't even activated the anti-odour function yet and already very pleased with the purchase!

Pleasantly surprised!
This is my first Shark vacuum after Dyson and I must say I’m very happy with it. The suction is great and the fact it’s both ways it’s amazing. It is much heavier but it doesn’t bother me too much. The only con for me is the automatic suction on carpets - it’s not great for smaller carpets/runners/matts as it’s just sucking their edges in, but again, it’s not too big of an issue.

Dirt collector not staying put!!
Only had a few months and already issues! Happily hoovering when the collector on the stem just gel off and I can’t seem to get it back on and in place and every time try and hoover it pops off ! Now I can’t even empty the thing on the unit because of it. A lot of money for something that is t up to the job. Had Shark hoovers before and they have been fine.

No edge suction
Had it about a month great on picking up unless it’s in the corners or along the skirting, doesn’t pick up at all and have to change to crevice nozzle to do that so not ideal as more of a faf!

Empty the dock dust bin when the dust bin full indicator light comes on. To remove the bin, lift it out by the handle. To empty the bin, hold it over the trash and press the release button on the side. The bottom will open to release the debris.
