Shark vacuums get stuck and won’t move
I’ve just bought the shark power detect cordless pet lP1251UKT because we have a shark detect pro lw3611ukt and it will not move on carpet or rug properly it gets stuck all the time,and I don’t believe it so dose this new one wife is fuming that’s 2 very expensive shark’s that are useless I’ve changed settings and still do not move on rug or carpet just gets stuck like it’s glued down WE ARE NOT HAPPY

Excellent vacuum almost as good as the Shark mains vacuum I purchased last year . The only issue I have is that it is heavy and awkward to lift up from the storage position. This will be a problem for certain users.

Great product, blown away by how much stuff it picks up! After buying 2 Dysons and both brand new batteries failing before I’d even used them, so glad I got a Shark. Love the lights which helps see what you need to vacuum!

Disappointed
I have had this hoover for 3 months now, worked well for first 2 weeks then kept just shutting down and kept blocking after a few minutes, Just been on to Shark they say the motor has a fault, send out a new one. These items are not cheap but my okd cheaper hoover works so much better.
