Fabulous All Round Vacuum
Bought this 4 weeks ago and oh my how it's changed my life! Vacuuming was not my favourite job in the house but now with this Shark cordless vacuuming has become such a pleasure. It is light, easy to move around, the auto detect power for suction is great and it swiftly without issue changes from tile to carpeted flooring. Having 2 cats the motorised pet tool has been an eye opener!! I'm amazed at just how much debris this Shark can pick up!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Floors have a new lease of life!
I have enjoyed using my new vacuum cleaner on both wooden and carpeted flooring. It manoeuvres easily and the light allows debris to be identified easily. The tools are extremely useful, allowing access to small, difficult to reach places and the parts are interchangeable with ease of use. Most importantly, for me, the cleaner is extremely powerful and removes debris quickly and easily, making my carpets appear new again. I am happy so far, therefore, that I made the correct decision purchasing this model. I have been satisfied with Shark in the past and was happy to make another Shark purchase.

Powerful. Hates rugs. Battery life can be poor
Great suction and powerful cleaning. Selection of tools is great. As is the light to see the dirt! Motorised floor tool doesn’t like rugs - keeps getting tangled up, even in the middle of the rug. My biggest complaint is battery life - it’s about 10 minutes with the motorised floor tool. I’ll have to buy multiple batteries to clean my entire house. Glad I have my upright Dyson - it’s just as good on carpets, and far more forgiving on rugs

Lights are Great!
Bought this to replace my Dyson. Love the lights amazing how much dust it shows up in a clean floor! Can do my 3 bedroom bungalow with one charge. Not tried using full power for all of a full clean yet it overall happy with it.

Stairs are a problem!!
I was really pleased with this Shark Hoover when I first bought it. It worked well on carpets and wooden floors, although I did find it a little difficult to push over rugs. It works fine on normal carpet but struggles a bit with anything with a higher shag pile. Unfortunately, the main problem started when I tried using it on the stairs with the nozzle attachment. The Hoover repeatedly cuts out while I’m using it. At first I thought the battery was the problem, so I replaced the battery, but it made no difference. I then replaced the filter thinking that might be causing the issue, but unfortunately it still continues to cut out. It’s very frustrating, especially as I bought a Shark expecting a reliable vacuum cleaner. It’s fine for general floors, but being unable to use it properly on the stairs is a big issue for me,especially as I have a dog that moults a lot! Overall, I’m disappointed with the performance and reliability, particularly given the extra expense of replacing the battery and filter without solving the problem.

I bought this hoover as it had good reviews for pet hair. I love the light on it to help show how many hair are actually there! Great run time, picks up all the stragglers and angles great to get into the corners. Love how it folds in half for storing too.easy to take the battery off to charge and also super easy to empty.

Useless vacuum cleaner
Have had this hoover for a few months now and is the worst thing I’ve ever bought run time is very poor only goes for about 15 minutes variable suction is useless but the main problem is it keeps getting blocked up and can take ages to unblock it also motor keeps overheating when using the attachment
