Disappointment
I can’t say that I am satisfied with the product I purchased last week. Although the suction power is good, the battery only lasts about half an hour. In addition, I have to remove the battery and charge it separately after every use, which makes it quite inconvenient. With my previous device, I could simply place it on its wall-mounted dock to charge once I was done. For this reason, the current product does not meet my expectations in terms of usability. Therefore, I am considering returning the product. I would appreciate it if you could provide information about the return process.

So far so good. Bought to replace different make. i have an equal amount of hard flooring and carpeting so it does go from one to the other easily and suction is good for both types. Only negative point is it does not automatically rechange you have to take the battery off to do this (the automatic emptier and charger was too much extra money),

Shark vacuums get stuck and won’t move
I’ve just bought the shark power detect cordless pet lP1251UKT because we have a shark detect pro lw3611ukt and it will not move on carpet or rug properly it gets stuck all the time,and I don’t believe it so dose this new one wife is fuming that’s 2 very expensive shark’s that are useless I’ve changed settings and still do not move on rug or carpet just gets stuck like it’s glued down WE ARE NOT HAPPY

Emptying is manual, this model has a 0.7 litre dust cup that opens from the bottom with a release button, and the cup can be removed for cleaning. It does not recharge on a wall bracket. The removable battery charges in the included charging sleeve and plug, and the vacuum stores freestanding by folding with Flexology, no wall mount needed.

This unit does not include a wall feature. To switch the vacuum to storage mode, press the Flexology wand unlock button while folding the handheld vacuum forward until it leans against the wand.
