Does exactly what it says. Brilliant for the glitter from the Christmas decorations. Great on carpet and hard floors. Great battery time and easy to clean filters. Very happy with this purchase.

Major design fault
Plastic corugated connector hose continually blocks with anything other than fine dust and takes around 20 mins with pliers etc. to clear. Thism is obviously a major design fault and the unit shouldn't be on sale!

Constantly shuts down
I was so excited to test this out and at first I thought it was great. I've had it a few months and whenever I use the motorised pet tool to try and hoover my stairs or car it shuts down. It isn't on long enough to over heat, the filters aren't blocked and I've made sure it is fully charged. I have tried eco mode to use less power. I am so frustrated as I wanted this mainly for the hand held function.

Disappointed and Frustrated.
Bought the Shark power detect for all the features which I’m pleased with however my decision to purchase a Shark was also influenced by the fact you could also purchase a car kit separately which I assumed would fit as this was important to me. Unfortunately the power detect has a different fitting than other Shark stick vacuums. I later discovered that the limited addition power detect comes with a car kit that would fit however was told by Shark this is not available to purchase separately which is very disappointing and frustrating.

Battery poor
The vacuum itself is very good but the battery life seems very poor. It does not last long. Tried to buy a spare from the website but none in stock. I registered to be notified when back in stock a month later still nothing. How can a supplier have no stock for so long.

Emptying is manual, this model has a 0.7 litre dust cup that opens from the bottom with a release button, and the cup can be removed for cleaning. It does not recharge on a wall bracket. The removable battery charges in the included charging sleeve and plug, and the vacuum stores freestanding by folding with Flexology, no wall mount needed.

This unit does not include a wall feature. To switch the vacuum to storage mode, press the Flexology wand unlock button while folding the handheld vacuum forward until it leans against the wand. To release the vacuum from storage mode, unfold the vacuum until the wand straightens and clicks securely back in place.
