Great shower head
I bought this a few weeks ago. It attached easily to the shower hose and has three different settings and pleasing to the eye. Not sure how much water it saves yet but it seems to filter the hard water well and my hair is softer than when using the old shower head. My family are very pleased with it.

Great value
My wife and I are very pleased indeed with this shower head. It concentrates the reduced spray flow which is intense enough for a proper shower without the water going everywhere. Because of the extra weight caused by the beads in the handle it is heavier than a standard shower head, which causes it to dip downwards in the standard head holder. I had to buy a shower head holder with an adjustable (by screw) mount tightener to take the extra weight. But despite that, I would still recommend it.

Its my understanding that this can be used with electric showers as JML removed the stop start button to allow continuous flow.
Any shower head with a stop start button will cause damage to an electric shower.
