Bought this to reach one third storey window and two skylights in a single storey extension. It does the job well but is quite difficult to manoeuvre over a certain height. Could be user error, but wanted people to be aware.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the JML Starlyf 7m Telescopic Hydrocleaner Window Cleaning Kit: any solution can be used with this product as the water that flows through the Hydro Cleaner would dilute any solution used in the cleaning process. This would be the customer's own discretion.
