Lovely fire remote no use not as expected
I bought this fire primarily for the remote control. However, the only thing the remote does is switch on the light!! The flame is lovely. The switches are low down are on the side and difficult to access. I will be returning the fire because of the remote, and also difficult access to the controls. I did find it £40 cheaper somewhere else, but I won't be buying it for the reasons stated.

This is a recent purchase and overall we are quite pleased. Perhaps the only downside is the position of the manual controls. This are situated on the side low down. Difficult to see but once set everything OK.

Brilliant! Very effective flames just makes it look cosy! Heater is brilliant too, but I like the visual flame effect on its own! Good price for a for a practical and a brilliant fire that looks good and doesn’t cost the earth.

You can use the fire without the remote. It has switches at the bottom.

The legs are not removeable as the space underneath the fire is needed for heat and ventilation requirements.
