The flame effect lighting with the first one that arrived did not work. I returned it to the store and they offered free delivery on a replacement, gratefully accepted and works perfectly. A great addition to the lounge for winter.

Brilliant! Very effective flames just makes it look cosy! Heater is brilliant too, but I like the visual flame effect on its own! Good price for a for a practical and a brilliant fire that looks good and doesn’t cost the earth.

This looks great set under my Cornish slate fireplace.. flame simulation & ‘hot’ embers are SO realistic for this excellent value stove.. oh and it heats room perfectly on a frosty day to supplement a single radiator.

The legs are not removeable as the space underneath the fire is needed for heat and ventilation requirements.

Thank you for your query. For first time operation you will have to use the switch on the appliance itself. This should either be located on the side of the appliance or behind the door.

It beeps when you use the manual buttons and the remote control. However, it does not beep with all the remote features. It will beep when you turn the fire on/off and the heat on/off.
