Having checked, it'd depend on a number of factors so a precise answer cannot be given. You'd need to ensure that it's a dryer that can do duvets and/or has a suitable setting for it, regardless of the duvet size. Any 13.5 or 15tog duvet will be quite thick. If the duvet is shaken and thoroughly plumped along with washing as per the wash care labels, this keeps the fiber's revived and lofty.
