About this product
The Habitat Kendi 2 Door Sideboard brings mid-century modern style into your living or dining space. It's a real focal point with its fluted finish in warm walnut, giving you storage that looks good and works hard. Two doors with discreet bronze-effect half-moon handles open to reveal a spacious interior with a fixed shelf inside. You can store dining essentials, glassware or anything you want tucked away but easy to reach. The soft wooden curves give it character that fits with classic and contemporary rooms alike.
Made from solid rubber wood, it's sturdy enough for everyday use. It'll hold up to 60kg in total, that's plenty for dishes, books or decorative bits. Bronze-effect handles add a subtle touch without dominating the design. The fixed shelf inside helps you organise items at different heights. Self-assembly is straightforward, one person can manage it with the clear instructions provided. There's a two-year manufacturer's guarantee included for peace of mind.

Stunning sideboard. Great structure and heavy weight. Very easy to build as you only need to screw in the feet and thats it built. Finished to a classy standard.

Stunning
Durable, love the soft close doors, makes it feel much more expensive than it is. The finish is perfect. There are a few scuffs on the handles but you can’t see unless up close.

Very happy with this item
The item looks really nice and I can imagine it fits in both modern and much older houses. For me, I like the size- I guess you shop around for the right size for the space you have but it was just perfect for our space. Likewise the height is just right - actually one reason that drew me to this was the height - lots of others were just too low - this item is a good 10cm higher up which was ideal. The item came so well packaged and protected that it took half an hour to unpack - which sounds annoying but it would have been much more inconvenient if it was damaged, given the 7 week lead time I had. Assembly was easy, just screw the feet on. Slight wish that you could make use of the ends where it curves - instead the shelves are boxed off - however I knew that when I bought it

Fabulous little side board. Spacious storage . Decent height. Ample room to hold a TV . Sturdy and well made. Looks much more expensive than price. A few extra bits in packaging that threw me initially on the assembly front. Great buy.

Beautiful contemporary sideboard
I just love this sideboard. When it arrived it was so well packaged and secure it took me well over an hour to remove it from the box. But when I did I was so pleased. The picture on the website doesn't do the kendi sideboard justice. There is so many features I love from the deep walnut colour, the curved top to the gold handles. I'm so happy I purchased this and as a bonus I got 20% off in the sale. Win win!

Excellent quality product
Delivery was fantastic, polite and courteous. The unit is absolutely stunning it is solid wood and just under half the price of a certain department stores similar version but theirs was not solid wood. It is heavy and takes 2 persons to get this out of the box and manage to turn it upside down to attach feet. Be careful not to scratch the top while doing this, we used a bath sheet for protection whilst rotating and attaching feet.

Multiple damages - no reply from customer service
Really disappointed as we received a unit that had marks damaging the handle as well as obvious marks to the woodwork on the top of the unit. Again emailed customer service to help resolve or replace, no response.

The stain will react to the wood grain, and as each piece of wood will have a different grain it will show different colours across it. It's a matte staining.

This is just sealed wood colour and isn't painted in any way. You won't be able to use it without the legs also.
