Overcomplicated and poor performance
I bought this to use on clean my carpets and it has been completely ineffective, as well as difficult to use. Would not recommend at all, unless you are buying for the handheld attachments.

First product didn't work but replacement is OK.
I bought this and the first one worked for about t minutes then stopped working completely. The replacement is OK up to now. It leaves the floor wetter than I expected but is great for refreshing rugs and carpets. I have used the steam attachment on a shirt instead of ironing and it did take some getting used to but I think with practice it will be a very useful thing. Not used all the attachments yet. I like that you can put detergent in the bottom reservoir as it helps when cleaning a really dirty floor. All in all a good machine for the money.

More useful than expected.
We have put this to many uses as well as floor cleaning - the glass of the shower cubicle for example, the washing machine door - easy to use and with plenty of useful attachments.

Steam mop
Broke after only using it once! It suddenly stopped steaming , I waited 12 hours to try again and nothing.

Good Steamer!
I’m so happy with this product, I got it to clean my floors and it’s so easy to use and put together.

Disappointed
Quality of the steam mop is bot the best and not as good as design as my previous beldray mop. The water tank at the top is poor design and leaks, it is also fiddly to take on and off the refill. One of the most disappointing things about this mop and I only found out after purchasing, is that you cannot get spare mop pads. Given it is only supplied with one pad that means it's use is limited to 1 or 2 rooms. Forget buying it if you want to clean a whole house! I have also queried this with Tower and they were very unhelpful.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tower TSM12 12-in-1 Corded Steam Cleaner: ''This item can be used on carpets, as well as furniture using the attachments provided.
The product should come with a carpet glider and smaller nozzles that can be used on furniture.''
