Dangerous unfinished metal edges!
Dangerous raw metal edge hidden under packaging tape, hurt myself in trying to take the packaging off, I raised this as a safety complaint with Argos customer service but have so far had no reply

Could be more comfortable
It's a lovely mustard colour, I was worried about some of the pictures making it look a bit off. I will say the foam covering the seat is not the most comfortable, I'd struggle to sit 8 hours in this working at home.

Looks nice, quality is OK
The chair has a nice mid century look to it. The colour (mustard yellow) is as the photos online look. The height adjustment is fairly minimal, only 10 cm or so. It was easy to put together. The quality is OK, the seat cushion isn't the firmest and lacks support and I would imagine it will deteriorate over time as the internal materials don't feel very robust. The outer corduroy material is quite nice quality. The castors make it nicely mobile and the arm rests are a bonus. All in all I am fairly happy with it (I bought is with 20% off, which makes it a decent price). It is not an expensive chair, so you cannot expect too much from it, so overall it is fair value for money and is a nice looking design.

The arms, frame and seat are a all in one piece, so unfortunately it is not possible to remove the arm rest.
