Refresh tired lawns with the Spear and Jackson 1500W 2-in-1 Electric Lawn Scarifier. It's powered by a 1500W motor that handles tough thatch and moss. You'll switch between raking and scarifying using two interchangeable cartridges included in the kit. The quick release mechanism lets you swap cartridges without any tools. Central height adjustment operates simply and ranges from -11mm to 10mm across five working heights. The 35 ls collection bag captures debris as you work. A 10m cable gives you plenty of reach across medium gardens.
You'll store this compact tool easily with foldable handles and a stackable grass box. The lawn rake cartridge removes moss and dead grass for healthier growth. Use the scarifier cartridge to cut through thick thatch and improve soil aeration. It's a corded electric tool so you get consistent power throughout the job. Good value for money
Bought this a month ago. Has done a pretty good job at getting up all the moss in my garden using the rake tool. It is very easy to change between the rake and aerator cartridges.

Powerful and does the job well
I got this to remove weeds from my lawn. The motor feels pretty powerful and using the rake attachment it has removed lots of moss and weeds without bothering the grass too much. I havent used the scarifier attachment yet but it looks solidly made. The attachments are easily interchangeable. On small problem is that the grass collector can bobble along the ground (my grass is a bit uneven). This means that the waste is spread on the ground. Im not too bothered with this as i can mow the grass later and this will pick it up. Saves having to empty the grass collector constantly. The lead is usefully long, the handle folds forward for storage and there is a useful handle on top for carrying. Overall happy with my purchase.

Bought this a month ago to help my lawn recover after the summer we had last year. So far, so good but was a tad tricky to put together as one of the screws didn’t align. Fortunately my son-in-law was able to help. Also changing the cartridge was tricky initially, the instructions could have been better.

Good quality product.
Decide to buy this electric scarier and glad I did. It’s easy to use and has done a great job on my lawn.It also comes with a raker tool which is easy to install and again does and efficient job.

Does the job
Good product, does as it should and was well priced in comparison to other similar products. Having to move around the cable is a pain, and potentially dangerous but you can work around it…I chose not to pay more for a petrol version which in hindsight might have been a mistake. It’s very easy to move around, but is very loud. The moss collection basket just doesn’t work, and collects very little or scrapes along the floor so I use without and then rake over. It does clear the moss well so that’s why I’ve said it’s good for the money. Only used twice so durability remains unknown.

Great machine
Great machine powerfully enough to rip through. The unit is light and easy to move around the garden enough . I was surprised to see how much gets ripped out, I have a full garden bins worth. My only negative is the collection bin what a waste of time, far too small for the job .

Nice lightweight scarifier and rake, does a brilliant job, easy to use. I would just say to anyone (like me) who's never used one before....don't bother with the collection basket, it will fill up after about 10ft! Just scarify/rake and then I'm afraid it's a case of having to manually rake up the mounds of thatch afterwards.
